No, single player games can be profitable as well, just take a look at the witcher 3, fallout 4, horizon zero dawn and god of war, also there are a ton of multiplayer games that were commercial and critical failures like lawbreakers, evolve and battleborn, quality will and always matter, also the day single player gaming dies will be the day i will stop buying games

Many will disagree but for me iterative consoles are still a huge middle finger to early adopters, what you get for supporting them from day one? an inferior console....if the expect for us to double dip every 2-3 years they are sorely mistaken, make proper nextgen, not small steps
