The ps2 was a huge success in regards to sales. But in regards to graphics or gameplay it was horrible once the xbox launched a year and a half after the ps2 launch. When the 360 launched in 2005....MS and ATI said that they would and could release a digital out via hdmi or DVI when the market called for it. IGN recieves their games from the companies prior to release. They don't get the actual game case. So its understandable why they haven't seen that there are actually 4 games out NOW that are full 1080p. Superman, Lost Planet, Blue Dragon and Sonic. Blu ray has had a burst of sales over the last month. But even with the burst it still hasn't sold more movies than HD dvd. For example. I have 26 blu ray movies and just about 100 HD dvd movies. It was common sense that it would be native 1080p. I have Sonic, Lost planet, Splinter Cell and Superman....and they are all native 1080p. Its not exciting anymore. And its not even News Worthy anymore. From what I have played on my PS3 and my xbox 360 thus far...The 360 runs native 1080p games better than the ps3 and has more of them to boot. I don't know what I'm more excited about. Playing the retail version of this game or the Halo 3 beta... Either way this is another AAA must have game for the xbox 360. Motorstorm...I have played the demo to death. It clearly looks better than every ps3 game out right now. I hate the fact that there is no rumble. It feels like you are floating around the rigid terrain. But, I'm hoping for more tracks and fun online play. I realize it won't be an AAA title. But it will still be fun none the less.
