The Xbox One is a powerful piece of hardware with 8GB RAM, 64-bit processors and plenty more muscle. But as time passes this hardware will age. As Xbox One Director of development Boyd Multerer pointed out, "You'll still have a limited number of transistors in your house; in your box."

But the Xbox One is built to communicate with servers in the cloud to increase the computational potential of the system. Boyd continued "[As a developer] I can start doing ...

I disagree. It says A lot. You wish it didn't say much for what ever reason you have.

A. To put it on your wishlist you have to have an active Amazon accout.

B. When people add things to their wish list, it's because they wish to have it and as soon as you can purchse it, they intend on purchasing it. You don't have to put anything on your wishlist to get information about something.

Wish List is EXACT...

I'm not saying that your lying and you are really a sony fan who doesn't even have xbox live, but....

That doesn't explain why the Xbox ONE is #1 in the USA & in the UK on Amazon.com after all the doomsday pictures that Sony Fans are tryng to Paint!

Interesting to say the least wouldn't you agree! LOL

Had Microsoft focused just on creating a gaming system rather than an all-in-one entertainment box, Harrison said the market would have grown. (Chris Lewis, Microsoft Europe's VP of Interactive Entertainment told GamesIndustry International the new consoles could grow the market as much as 30 percent.) But with the addition of features like content customization and Kinect user identification, the executive said an entirely new market of consumers could be reached.

Which would explain why the Xbox One is #1 on Amazon most wantd in the USA & UK! LOL...Sony fans are hilarious! Just because you speak the most and you speak the loudest, doesn't mean you represent MOST GAMERS! When the 360 launched we heard the same BS over and over again, but yet the 360 outsold the ps3 in USA & UK...Same as the xbox one will do this next generation TBH. Like it or not, People are excited to get the Xbox One! Everyone on my friends list on Xbox Live is talking a...

Even when you look at the likes/dislikes on the xbox one youtube channel, you can see that it's 2-1 ration of like to dislike. Just like the user base in the USA. 2-1 xbox over ps3. Makes sense. They disabled the comments, for the same reason. The flock of Sony fans are YELLING about how dissappointed they are, but the funny part is they never intended on buy the xbox one anyway. They just want to give the impression like its going to fail. Interesting indeed!

It doesn't matter that Sony Fanboys are yelling the loudest on the internet and paining a doom and gloom outlook for the Xbox ONE. Fact of the matter is, it's the #1 most wanted item on Amazon in the USA and the UK.

Just like the xbox 360 was! Great news for Real Gamers! Don't let the small few, paint a picture that is COMPLETELY inaccurate when it comes to MOST GAMERS.

I'm getting a good laugh when the army of Sony Fans paint a gloomy pict...

I'm getting a good laugh when the army of Sony Fans paint a gloomy picture for the xbox one and how they won't buy it. LOL....

After all the rants & raves...It's #1 most wanted on Amazon in the USA & in the UK...WOW.. It's only the few LOUD MOUTHS that make it seem like people aren't excited about the xbox one. Fact of the matter is, people are excited...Thus the #1 spot.

Thank goodness 99% of consumers don't post comments on...

You would lose that bet! Truth be told, the xbox one will sell like hotcakes. Mark my words. Sony fans will always speculate and say it's not gamers buying the console, but just like this generation, the xbox games will continue to outsell the playstation games. Though, I will have both consoles and enjoy the best of both worlds. Unlike many of you, I could care less who sells more, I just want to play the games that I WANT TO PLAY. Being a fanboy sucks because you miss out on great games...

I'm getting both day one! I'm not missing out on any of the next gen experiences...NO way! On another note, I have never liked the playstation game pad! Oh well, I buy both consoles for the exclusives and I play xbox for online gaming. With the use of the xbox cloud & over 300,000 servers...multiplayer games can be 64 to 128 players. That's insane and I'm trully excited! Bring on the new consoles!!!!

Xbox One is very creative. It's real obvious why they named it that. Its the right name for the console. When the commercial blitz hits, it will become more clear for those intelectually challenged

Perhaps most intriguing, however, is that Xbox One gives game developers the ability to access Microsoft’s Azure cloud computing platform. That leads to a few obvious and immediate applications: All your downloaded and installed games and achievements are synced to the cloud and can be accessed and played without interruption on any Xbox One you sign in to; stable, dedicated servers for every multiplayer game rather than the notoriously fragile practice of hosting matches on one participant’s...

"Things that I would call latency-sensitive would be reactions to animations in a shooter, reactions to hits and shots in a racing game, reactions to collisions," Booty told Ars. "Those things you need to have happen immediately and on frame and in sync with your controller. There are some things in a video game world, though, that don't necessarily need to be updated every frame or don't change that much in reaction to what's going on."

LOL...what you don't understand is that I've been gaming for over 25 years. I buy every systme that comes out and I have 4 super computers in my house! I buy what I want to and I play what I want to. I have no allegence to one company or another. I just enjoy playing games and I love new tech. I feel free compared to many of you! I'm free to be honest and I'm free to play what ever I want. Its a great feeling, some of yall should try it. So with that...

Its not an argument, its facts.

Who told you that this tech will need a fast broadband? Obvoiusly it can't be a slow connection, but the standard online connection will work just fine for the game augmentations.

You obviously have no idea how developers will use the cloud to improve game graphics and AI...But the tech is there and Microsoft has spent tons of money perfecting it.

No one has done a number on me....

Gakai is not the same as what Microsoft has developed. 300,000 servers powers the Microsoft cloud...and they developed it with improvement to gaming in mind. They have planned this for over 7 years. I understand you believe we are another 7 years out...but you are wrong and you will see. Microsoft is leading the way with this and more will be explained at E3. MS execs are just laughing at the guys posting ignornat rants about how it won't help gaming...This has ...
