None. They are announcing Super Duper Street Fighter 4, and it comes with 2 new characters. Stages and costumes sold separately.
Whether it should have been included in the main game or not, it's still worth the 5 bucks.

It's only 5 bucks and it's way longer than most arcade games that cost the same or more. So yea, you get your money's worth.
