Hahaa..nice one.
Article is spot on.
The game is awesome, Dark Souls 1 was a bit more original and innovative in terms of world and boss design, but DS2 introduced many improvements that were lacking...especially online connectivity, which is flawless now. All Souls games are special.
As if PS4 ain't selling crazy good already.....wait till this hits the market.....you'll see what a system seller really means.
He's a good gaming journalist. Stop the hate, gsus fanboys.I'm a Playstation gamer and I always enjoyed his reviews and comments even if I didn't always agree with him.
I have to agree the game looks terrible on my ps3, worse than DS1, still fun, but the game looks really bad. And I love Dark Souls, have a platinum and I could easily be called a Sony fan, but this game looks terrible on ps3.
Please don't even mention Titanfall in the same sentence with Dark Souls............Dark Souls is a masterpiece in all aspects, not just because it's difficult. Titanfall on the other hand is fun, but nowhere near as innovative or groundbreaking as Dark Souls.
Now this people is what sells consoles...more specifically...Playstation consoles.........one game that will go down in history...such a huge impact.....I bet it also had a lot to do with ps4 sales, since people saw that Playstation exclusives always deliver that something special.
The game is getting impressive scores across the board...can't wait to get my hands on it.
I have a PS4 and I know it's gonna be gathering dust while I play this game on my PS3.Nothing comes close to pure gaming experience that only Dark Souls can provide.
Polygon writes a fair review for a change....the world has gone mad:)
Hmm, would be better to support America's victims and countless countries attacked on false pretenses and destroyed by American imperialism such as Afghanistan,Iraq, Lybia, Syria, etc.
I love hard, but i hate unfair........the game and pvp is challenging enough without some hacker douchebag with infinite health and other hacks invading me........i want to play the game as it's meant to be played.......I'm pretty sure the developers don't want hacking either, but they just can't stop it entirely. I'm good with mods, they are fun, but not hacking.
No difference. As for PC version........no thanks, graphics cannot make up for hackers and glitchers, which completely ruin the online experience in Dark Souls, not to mention the terrible controls.....I have a gaming rig, but Dark Souls is meant to be played on consoles....
Wow, awesome changes, can't wait.
Title says it all....so true. That's why my PS4 will be gathering dust for a while at least while I play Dark Souls 2 on my PS3.
It's not about the game being 'that hard'....it's about the game being hard consistently from beginning to end.......and also requiring you to discover most of its secrets and the lore by yourself........that's the beauty of Dark Souls. Most of the people saying Dark Souls isn't hard or isn't anything special are those that never played it or those that gave up out of frustration. I haven't met a single person who finished the game and didn't just absolutel...
He's mad because he knows he couldn't handle Dark Souls and then he comes up with excuse like:I just don't feel like finishing it or some other crap like that.I know many people who got their ass kicked by this game and they were crying like little girls and breaking controllers. This game is in fact the holy grail of hardcore gaming, I've yet to see someone who actually finished the game and learned most of its secrets, deny that. The game is a hardcore masterpiece.
It's selling cause it's the only new game on next-gen consoles right now:)I say that and I'm a proud PS4 onwer. Not many interesting games to choose from on next-gen consoles right now, but they will come eventually.
Gamers win in the end.....Xbox sales will rise, but not enough to overtake PS4. But competition is always welcome.
