Nintendo probably have some super tech that allow third party games to be port easily on to NX. Perhaps UE4, CryEngine 3, Unity 5 for NX is done and runs well on NX.
PS4 version could look far better if there wasn't a VITA version. VITA holding PS4 games back. PS4 owners got a VITA port. 50% more powerful is meaningless if most Japanese game developer chose VITA as the lead development platform.

Game Developers doesn't NX dev kit, because NX is so easy for developer to make games on, probably.
