They're going to be working very hard, because with all the different high quality fps games coming out, it's going to be tough standing out, and I'm not talking about sales which any game titled "halo" thrives in.
After playing this game for a while, you are either consumed by your own creativity or you realize it's a virtual lego. I'm trying to figure out the multiplayer part of the game, otherwise, it's a forgetful experience.
Depends on the game and the developers, what if Warhawk and MaG would've had a singleplayer? That could have been a nightmare, same can be said about some singleplayer games. So no, not ALL fps games should focus on multiplayer.

Disgusting, and the idea of a Wii 2 is just dumb, the first wii was basically a gimmick, now you want to release another and expect people to drop their xbox360s and ps3s for another pile of trash? Nintendo has completely fallen in terms of quality, that money has gotten to their heads and they might just have a huge downfall.
This makes the PSN issue seem worse, we don't need to defend this issue. Let the ignorant fanboys do their thing, we all know that a pay2play service like Live has had problems before. And basically the only reason some people put Live over PSN is because of 1 minor feature. They both have the same quality imo, just that one's free and the other isn't..

I agree with the author of this article. Why not look at movies and music? Do you see the type of things some pop artists promote in our society? If anything, the music industry is doing the most harm to society.

In my opinion, the graphics crown still belongs to Killzone 3 on consoles. As far as the best FPS all around, I have to give it to the battlefield series.
And then they complain about ps3 fans...
Even if Crysis 2 runs better on the xbox360, which it doesn't obviously, it is not even the best looking game out there, and if it was, Uncharted 3 and Battlefield will dethrone it in a couple of months. Killzone 3 and Gow3 still stand as the best looking console games!
I just think it's funny that the argument about an fps not having anything that stands out goes right out the window when Crysis 2 is talked about, but comes back into play with killzone 3.
I never had an issue with installs on my PS3, not sure about those who don't own one...
The fact that Kinect is the fastest selling electronic product doesn't mean anything to me. Look at the Wii, highest selling console this gen and it's a piece of crap compared to the Xbox360 and PS3. And that's just being brutally honest. I bet MS does have something up their sleeves for 2011, but as far as dominating, not to sure about that. I think MS will now start to lean towards a more casual style, learning from Nintendo's success. Just look at Kinect's upcoming game...
To me Killzone 3 clearly looks better. Even if Crysis 2 managed to look as good as Killzone 2 (on consoles of course) the PS3 still has games with benchmark-setting graphics. No other console has pushed graphics this far. As for Killzone being average, they both have above decent scores on metacritic, the statistics are more important than the biased opinions of immature xbox fans. And the best fps is a multiplat now, it's called battlefield.
My 40gb is also at a dark corner waiting to be revived..or recycled.
Funny how there are two Gamereactors, and one gave it a 50 and the other a 60. smh. This game deserves better.
