It's a Second Life, it's full of those people that spend half of their day on Home, and spend money on non existing "luxury homes". Like others said, make it more about games or let it die.
Those mini games are terrible, Home needs to be more than a little playhouse.
Well that gameplay video was boring...
You are so butthurt about consoles being the best place for gaming...
Finally! I've been waiting for this for a while now, and yes you can play Minecraft on PC and phones, but it just makes it all the more convenient now to play the game, Thanks Sony, about time.
Well Sony isn't really known for shutting down support for their older consoles and leaving all those consumers with almost no choice, so yes that could take some sales away from the successor.
I agree with the big changes these franchises undergo over gens, but I would still like to see something other than a mario kart game or mario world. Yes, the platforming or content can evolve, but overall to me it doesn't make up for all those third party games that are unavailable on the Wii and most likely WiiU. Either way, the next Mario Kart games looks amazing!
PS3's rise to overcome the 2006 doom and gloom and end up outselling the Xbox360 worldwide (even with its head start) was quite a feat. As for Nintendo, you could say they have a much bigger history vs. Sony but they've kinda separated themselves from the other two with their approach to gaming. No strong online community, lack of good third party games(ACs,BFs,CODs,GTAs,etc, just a lot of marios and decent new IPs. But hey, it's great to have all these companies around, there'...
I see Nintendo consoles as that second console you get after you get a Sony or Xbox console. I'm sorry, but another zelda, another mario, another mario kart, another ssb, every gen its the same thing, yet wheres those amazing third party games??? If you think this is a great lineup you must've enjoyed the wii's lineup this gen, even though it was the weakest of all three consoles, and the WiiU seems to be no different. BTW, I'm not saying those games aren't great, but ther...
I have no expectations whatsoever, AC3 was horrible...
What are you even on about? Of course we aren't talking about the specific gray between core and casuals. I'm sorry to break it to you, but placing TRUTH under the label STEREOTYPES is quite the spin, because the simple truth is that the Wii was without some of the best selling games and the best quality games this gen. All those Call of Duties, all those great third party games from Rockstar and Ubisoft were UNAVAILABLE on the Wii, the Wii's selling point became a gimmick, their ...
Exactly! better multiplayer? LOL, I enjoy PS PLUS waaay more than LIVE, and yes I have both consoles, currently trying to sell my 4GB Xbox360 with Triton headset lol. Now on PS4, I can only expect that it will be a much tighter competition in regards to multiplayer, since Sony has stepped up their "online multiplayer game" tremendously.
This is exactly where you are wrong. It's not about being better than anybody, and it isn't about the amount of blood in a game. It is about keeping gaming on your console balanced, with variety. My comment was never about being "elite" or about hardcore this or that, it is about keeping your gaming audiences at a balance.
There is nothing wrong with having two sides in one console, I've had plenty of casual games on my phone, but when a gaming company releases ...
You know, the funny thing about attracting the boys, preteen girls, those girls that say they are "gamers", the soccer moms, to your console, is that while you will sell...eventually, they will all flock to something else, because after all, they're casuals. Don't believe me, look at the past 10 years, look at Xbox and PS brand names, and now look at the WiiU.
Oh and on topic, Candy Crush Saga Mario Confirmed for WiiU.
"TWD", I don't know why that abbreviation bothers me.
LOL @Motherlight, we all know what he meant by that. If you spend most of your day living in a video game, you don't go outside, perhaps you can't dedicate enough time to school or your career. Not to mention some people have kids, or a gf, maybe friends? When somebody states "he/she has no life", it is a mean way of saying that they spend too much time doing one thing that can have a negative effect on their life.
As for "there is no wrong or real rig...
Even worse when they have no life outside. Gaming is great, no doubt, but to the point that it affects your life socially or physically, all over a pissing contest(who has more trophies), it's just sad.
Live isn't that great imo, I've been kicked out of party chats way too often, and frequent disconnects, same happens to my friends...funny how supposedly though Live is more reliable lol.
They are bitter people, only thing they have to talk about are graphics, yet they miss out on a crapload of exclusives every gen lol.
Yes, it's Sony's Second Life, and they've put a bunch of little mini games in there to make up for the lack of its relevance to gaming, which are all horrible. Xi2 for example, which I spent money on, was terrible, easily one of the worst "games" I've ever played.
