That's semi true.
The demo is going to be the full game with only one character available(Jago)and you have the option to buy individual characters if you want.
Then there's an option to buy the full game with all characters if you don't want to purchase them individually, so pretty much like how we get fighting games now.
I guess since it's been what.....15 16 years? People are excited and it looks super fun, but I also see where you're coming from.
