really Blizzard? you announce the game, announce new classes, new features, start showing videos for the new classes, etc. blizzard has been doing everything they can to get fans of Diablo 2, who have been waiting almost 10 years, exited about D3. and now they announce it will still be a few YEARS before the game comes out.
by the the time this game finally comes out i will not care anymore.

why is that good? i don't know about you but i have better things to do with my time then play crappy videogames, even a free one.
hell, i'd go so far as saying i would be LESS likely to finish a bad game if it were free. if i buy a crap game i at least have the incentive of "well, i spent money on it so i've got to finish it".
at first, i thought the author was writing an interesting article. only to find out at the end the author is as much of a fanboy as the guy he is complaining about. he began lumping all ps3 owners into the same obsessive fanboy category. then went on to say ps3 owners are like republicans because the have been supporting a losing team for the last several years.

I pre-ordered killzone 2 a few weeks ago but was not told about the demo. how do i sign up for it?

i hope this is not in order. if so, why the hell would Bayonetta come before Uncharted,D3, and FF13? not only is it made by the guy who created DMC(crap) but the whole premise of a women w/ guns in her boots is one the lamest ideas for a game mechanic i've ever heard.

in the last list of top 10 360 games for 09 posted to n4g, done by Gameplayer, only 2 were exclusives. one was halo wars the other was the new halo DLC. i guess the DLC for GTA4 should have made the list too.
thankfully i haven't the problem of being broke in awhile. however for a few years(college)i was dirt poor. during that time Gamestop had a deal on used games that allowed you to return the game within 7 days for a game of equal or less value. so you buy one used game, beat it within the week allowed, then return it for another. repeat over and over.
i've been waiting for this game for 5 years. since the first killzone was released. the first killzone had it's flaws but over all it was fun as hell.
i have to agree w/ LightningPS3PS3. the 1st god of war was fun for one play through. GOW2 did nothing new, better graphic and a few more enemies on screen but everything else was the same. if god of war 3 doesn't change up the gameplay some i will be passing on it. i don't have time play or the desire to play the same God of War game for a 3rd time.

dead rising should not be #1 for one simple reason. zombie games should not be about killing zombies, they should be about survival, period. conserving ammo, using it only when absolutely necessary. scavenging for food and clean water, sleeping when and where you can. most zombie games are missing that element of horror. that feeling of an immanent and horrifically brutal death followed by an eternity of mindless zombification.

why is it that in every sequel to an action game the developers add facial hair to the main character?

Apocalypto, A Clockwork Orange, 12 Angry Men, The Shining, all great movies but a would make horrible video games. this is exactly why movies should NOT be turned into video games.
agreed. Shadow of Rome was awesome but the stealth parts should have been left out. fortunately, the developers were smart enough to let you choose to play an arena battle you had already played. that way you only had to play the stealth parts once.
i also left firefox for chrome. i like the minimalist style and the links to your most visited sites as a home page.
my #1 is Wander from "Shadow of the Colossus". yeah, i know, what you're thinking, Wander would get his ass handed to him by anyone else on a list of badasses. and you would be right, but that is exactly my point. Wander is a normal guy. No special abilities, no magic spells, no magic weapons(ok, the sword is sort of magic but only in the sense that it helps locate Colossi).
