well it did not make sense to me because all the WiiU hardware tear downs agree that it's a very well built system. that is 1 thing NIN really get right, my gamecube has been dropped, stepped on and thrown across the room by my pissed off wife any always works perfectly after.
They already did this on tom's hardware. I will look for the article it later. Anyway they took the worst dual core AMD that is old and junk and put in a beast graphics card. Next they took a top of the line overclocked to 4.4 ghz intel i7 and put in a average GPU inside. Guess what won? The shitty CPU with the good graphics card DESTROYED the i7 in every test. I'm talking 30-40 fps better. So at the end of the day it's the GPU that counts. throw in some edram and presto!

I also have a 240hz Sony 46" TV and your right the PS3 does not look that bad, but the WiiU looks even BETTER on my Sony, so the rule apply s both ways
I have seen both. I rented AC3 on PS3 and bought it on WiiU. PS3 is much worse. Even more than this. PS3=low res, bad color and choppy framerate.
It's much more pronounced when you view on a 60" TV in person then on youtube.
The RAM is matched to the CPU speed.
None of you people understand why. It would make no difference if it was the fastest ram in the world. Why? Because the CPU is matched to the ram speed. If the ram is faster then the CPU then any extra speed is useless.

Well I feel better after reading last night that they got the ram wrong when reading the Samsung pdf. It's fast gddr3 not ddr3. They are saying its clicked around 35ghz..not 12.
