Remember that the PS3 was chosen because the Cell is good at running straight calculations very fast. I have seen it run on more then a few computers and it is true that it is 20/30 times faster then most PCs.
On the other hand that does not mean that it wont ren well on 360. Standford would need to team up with Microsoft to develop custom softwere to maximize 360's hardware. The 360 WOULD go very fast because there are now BETA testing ATI cards on PC's to speed up the process...

This is proof that Ps3 is a super computer. Spin that! you can't because you can download folding@home to any PC fast or slow. You wont find any PC on the market that can come anywere close to this super computers fold speed. My PS3 can do in 8.5 hours what takes my home PC to do in 402 days! please don't respond to me in any flame sort of manner into you have run it on your home PC first.
I downloaded Folding@home for my 2 PCs and my PS3 tonight. Wow it takes my P4 running a 2ghz 30 min to do one frame. them my roomates fast duo core computer can do a frame in 14 seconds. my Ps3 can run a frame in 0.0797 of a second!! my Ps3 can do in 8 hours what it takes my home computer to do in 102 days. Try it yourself if you don't belive me. I honestly have just become a FANBOY! even if the PS3 never get another good game I'm will remain inpressed with the raw power.
