A professional sport? Nah....I can appreciate the time and effort it takes to hone your skills. I won't be getting an Xbox one until I see how they are in the long run. I remember the 360 had great games when it first came out, but as the years went by I saw it move towards their true goal and away from games. Seeing all of their games at E3 didn't surprise me at all. I can only hope in 2-3 years time they stay with games, but I'm really skeptical. Sony the exact opposite, their launches were always okay...but in the long run, they stay with the games. Which always as a game...
Paying online is not a problem for me. I practically do it with all of the multiplayer online passes that come my way anyway. Plus the PS+ offers are great, and I see things only getting better.
Strongly agreeed. It needed a few tweaks, and that's what sequels are for. The games message, and the main protagonist is a character I have completely enjoyed. (A very rare thing nowadays IMHO)

It really depends on the game. A relationship status is not really needed. Also, their are tons of visual novels that show gay,bi,transgender relationships. Hmm, I'm quite nervous about this game. I've checked metacritic, and most of the review sites are giving it great scores; which is good. However, a lot of user reviews are complaining about it; which is bad. So I'll have to rent this one and then make my decision.
On Most games what you are saying is true. But this is Square Enix and not Squaresoft. To many people, they have had too many chances to prove themselves. When Final Fantasy X-2 trailers came out I never saw a negative comment. Same with Final Fantasy XI Online. However, then Final Fantasy XII came, then dirge of cerberus, then XIII, and then XIII-2. Each game a disappointment to a lot of people. Can you really blame them for being skeptical?

I played the demo and although I found a few glitches here and there. The gameplay was quite nice. With that being said, I can tell the story won't be anything higher than mediocre based from what I've seen. Which is why I'll probably take a pass or wait for the game the last of us. I strongly agree with you, half of the boss fights I didn't feel like I killed it. It all seemed like one big movie. Some games can make a game with a movie feel (Uncharted, Heavy Rain, etc) This fails on so many levels. And rehashing Derek Simmons over and over again, could Capcom not get creative and think of other boss fights? This game deserves the poor scores, its the high 7 and 8 scores they don't deserve.
I'm a person who enjoyed Resident Evil 4 and 5, and I'll be the first to say this game sucks just compared to them. The storyline for this game is awful, the characters are uninteresting, and the camera is terrible. Survival horror vs Action has nothing to do with it. The game got a bad review not because its some conspiracy but plain and simple its a bad game.
People aren't being too hard, you have to call a spade a spade. This game has an awful storyline, terrible camera issues, and most importantly not fun to play. I have to agree, even WWE wrestling is considered entertainment more than a sport, due to it being fake. But the athleticism it takes to be a top WWE wrestler these days is miles higher than the athleticism (if any) it takes to be a pro gamer.
