That's hell of a stupid thing to say regarding that mode. It's a cops & criminals themed game! It must have heist mode.
That's like saying "Oh, this sci-fi movie has spaceships? So unoriginal!"
There are some game themes, that have these mandatory modes, that is how it is.
I dont like heist mode that much, Hotwire is more my stuff.
It's made by Corridor Digital, so it's kinda fan made, but still a official marketing tecnique by Sony.
The game isn't too much of a looker, but damn it's fun!
Playing the Hotwire mode with friends is what sold me on this game, but will wait for reviews and impressions first, incase it has a buggy launch.
It's going to get half-assed, due to the huge ambitions of the game. Which is why I'm not backing it, don't take me wrong, the game would of been awesome, but no.
They're going to need a funding like Star Citizen to fulfill all those promises in a tastefull manner.

Uuuhm, this game is the exact same as the original Dragon's Dogma, but with multiplayer.
You can play with pawns instead if you want.
