i guess they dont want money
lol im hyped for this game and stuff, but the ''griffins live naturally in the world'' is just a buzzword >_> No reason to write an article about it.
No way they'll compete with CS:GO.
First of all, CoD requires no skill, which makes it really boring. One of the reasons CS is doing so well, is because of skins and betting, which makes it more exciting.
WTF IS THIS
Why did they leave out all the features we want the most? I thought they want money, because that's one easy way to make Battlefront fans buy it.
Well, it's an easy and cheap way to get money, so i don't really see why EA wouldn't want to continue with it.
Even though it's dissapointing all the features it dont have, i'm really excited to see the actual gameplay.
DICE are masters of sound and general ''gameplay feel''
They didn't really clarify how it didn't look as good. Many people are reporting that the textures, lighting etc look the same, but the game had more jaggies and not as clean image.
Wow, disagreeing?
This like disagreeing with the fact that 2+2=4
I need to stop commenting on n4g.
Lol @ people who think the sales number alone is worth anything. You need to add budget and the cost to create the game in.
let's say the cost to make Alan Wake was 50million dollars, and it sells 4.5m copies, that's profitable and it -sold good-
Now, let's say the game had cost the same amount of money, as GTA V. The game still sells 4.5m copies, but it wouldn't be profitable and it would be considered to have really bad sales.
How would you know that it's not getting implemented because it has to meet a release date?
The game got ANNOUNCED in 2013, it's not a rush job. It's so popular to hate on EA now that you still get agrees whilst looking like a complete idiot.
And no, i don't like EA, i'm just playing devil's advocate, i can't stand unjustified hating.
How would you know if it's ''selling'' if you don't know the figures it cost to make the game?
huh? It's for ps4, xbone and pc :s
@xkvcq
Mag most fun you've ever had on ps3?
That says more about your 'special' taste in games than anything else :D
most players played the game on ps2 or xbox, where it was only 24.
40 players is fine, i was playing BF2 now with 64 players and it's too chaotic and getting sniped all the time due to how open the levels are.
So i wont say it's a step back :)
Did you even play the old battlefront games?
There was no ''campaign'' only single player missions on multiplayer levels.
Since when was cosmetic microtransactions an issue? They don't put you one a higher level than others, they simply make your lightsaber pink.
To be fair, i haven't seen that many microtransactions that gives you an advantage over other people in EA games.
@DarkOcelet
Probably, but paid dlc wasn't the topic now :)
I don't like DLCs that much, but to be fair, BF3/BF4 Premium gave me A LOT for my money.
They're going to announce a kind of season pass, but hopefully it'll live up to the standard from their previous games.
So what? The DLC is free.
The reason they talk about the DLC is probably because disney paid them to promote the Star wars movie, so they made a map which location is from the upcoming movie.
I don't see whats wrong here, one thing is paid dlc discussed, but this is free :S
The game may be complete thrash, but it'll sell really good anyways.
The trailer is at like 17million views, that's insane.
