Demon's Souls is wickedly awesome
I love the 3rd to FPS gameplay element. I looks like you can't move in FP View, so the gameplay will have you switching back and forth like crazy.

Alan Wake wouldn't of made it in 2009. There were only two GOTYs, the morons pick MW2, and everyone else's pick Uncharted 2. Except for the guys who picked Killzone 2...That was runner up...lol
I am torn between Heavy Rain, GOW3, and Read Dead Redemption
But as of now, it's going to be Heavy Rain. That game just blew my mind.
Of course Bluray is the future. But on RE5, they DLC like many multiplat games on PS3 are unlocked from the disc. Since the 360 always downloads the DLC, the companies make PS3 owners pay the same price to unlock the content. You don't get this with PS3 exclusives. But that more of an excuse blamed on the lack of space on a DVD9. It's not MS's or Sony's fault. It's the devs.

I'M still not totally sold on the art style. They just took the SFIV engine over to this. I really hope the game will still have all those over the top ingame movie QTEs that we loved.
I love the new characters though. But where the flip is Mega Man?
Deserts are brown idiot. It's the severe attention to detail. The fluid motion of characters and how everything looks so fcking visually stunning.
I love this series. This game was the definitive experience. Almost 3 years old and every game outside of Uncharted 2 and GOW3 have yet to touch it visually. Yes 360, with your "Rising" talk, you've yet to put anything out as amazing as this aging 10/10 game. :p

This was supposed to be the definitive adventure game where all the Dinosaurs and animals, bugs lived there own lives. And you played as a caveman. Peter Molyneaux talked about this game for two years and I was excited. But it got scrapped.
But my saddest news was when Oddworld Inhabinants shut down game productions. God I want the PSone classics remade in true HD
