I'm not a mass casualty hack n slasher guy. I like GOW, but game like this and Dynasty Warriors aren't my bag. But I tried the demo, and I thought it was bad. The fighting wasn't fluid at all. It gave me a bit of a headache
It isn't core 3rd party games. It's M rated titles. And that was do to Nintendo marketing the Wii to the casual(kids and moms). It's why games like MadWorld do bad on Wii like GTA CW did poor on DS. Great games caught up in an older era of Wii marketing. But with a slew of adult 3DS games coming, Nintendo looks like they are going to fight for the Adult crowd and convince them, the Wii/DS aren't kiddy toys.
It's nice getting DLC on the bluray disc. Like Fallout GOTY. Games buggy, but all the content is available in one setting. Knowing Editions come out like this make me want to wait for it all to come at once. I am still waiting for the Dragon Age GOTY Edition. I can't see myself spending that much on DLC. I'll get it all at once for cheaper.
I just was at Gamestop today and my wife said we should get borderlands to play together. I platinumed this, but I haven't gotten the DLC cause I only borrowed it from a friend. So I think I'm going to pick this up. This is one game I am aching for a sequel.

Warning: I have commented on several posts about Lego HP saying I really enjoy the game. Well I did. But the game has a game breaking glitch that gets your trapped in a room. Well this causes the game to be unplayable. So anyone playing it, google: Stuck in Room with Dragon in Lego Harry Potter(a small room near beginning) to help try avoid. Only what to max points/platinum this game is to do everything other than this room. Cause once you go in for a red brick, you can't go anywhere else...
$20 for less than a year is lame. I get free Gameinformer every year I renew my Gamestop EDGE card. Plus EGM is coming back, and that was always my favorite gaming magazine. It's a deeper mag, than just the games IMO
Verdict: Winner for me.
I am loving the free content. Everything given to me I have yet to play yet. And this months Qore has a great video on Killzone 3.
Qore also has Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom. Very Team ICO like. It looks really good.

I am excited to see it in 3D. Seeing Kung Lao throwing his hat out towards thescreen and catching it and slicing the dude in half, blood exploding everywhere, just gets me pumped. So old school, except so new school. Thank you MK for getting your crap together and giving us what we want.
Playing MGS4 without playing the predesecors is insane. There's so much story, so many hidden Easter eggs. Play the prequels and play 4 again. It'll be a whole new experience.
Assassin's Creed 2 only has one missable trophy. The one where you kick a dude while flying. I platinumed it on a rental. Definite AAA game though.
Another easy yet time consuming trophy is Borderlands. Took about 50hours. Fallout 3: I'm sitting at 87% with a platinum, haven't touched Point Lookout, and need to replay Mother Zeta cause getting the Alien Archivist trophy is a bitch. And I'm logging 127hours.
Limbo looks cool. Still wondering it's status on it's PS3 and PC releases

I found both Borderlands and Fallout 3 to be brilliant.
