*Cough* FFVI and Chrono Trigger
I'd like a classic Kirby without too many gimmicks. Kirby has a mix of Castlevania and Mario that I really like. I would like to see a 2D game with lots of exploration in the level based on enemy abilities you can capture. Perhaps they can be carried over to other levels to open up more. Or perhaps a full MetroidVania starring Kirby. Think a more accessible Hollow Knight. I would like that. Or a Sequel/Successor to Epic Yarn.
You don’t have to finish a game to write about it but you should have academic integrity to disclose that in your piece. I personally don’t think a review should post if the game wasn’t completed. If it is truly bad or broken, then just say that in the review.
Days Gone also had some racist reviews like Kallie Plaggue from Gamespot. She is a wokey as usual and gave the game hits for having “white” zombies and a white male protagonist. These types of people are a disease to ...
The original memes to the moon game. Loved NNB on PS3.

"Though it falls short in its attempt to unify the broader franchise’s contrasting elements, Village still manages to be a fun experience."
This literally tells me the reviewer didn't pay attention to how significant Village is to both the RE series and its continuation from RE7. Furthermore, yes there is action (as all RE games have in their finales) but this game has a segment which I think rivals 7's scariest moments.
What defines short? My playthrough was about 12.5 hours and I think that was a healthy chunk of content. The game told a solid story and there was a lot to do and see without any pointless padding.
I think there is a part that is scarier than the opening of RE7. Did you get to that? 😱
Better is hard but I’m still playing Village. Both games play great on horror tropes. RE7 was more film tropes and Village plays in horror tropes in books and fairy tales. RE7 really hit the nail on the head for the first 85% and then sort of felt a little silly as it ramped up the action at the end. With Village, the action fits perfectly. When the game wants you to feel tense, the game ramps that up. When the game wants you to feel afraid and there is some horror here, it makes you live in ...
I like how this Ethan trilogy bounces around horror tropes. I’m about halfway through Village (6.5 hours in so and taking my time - so whoever said this was short is a liar or a speed runner; only popped 4 or 10 hidden story trophies). It started intense and then became more fun and puzzley but kept me on my toes. I just finished another area and this part rivals RE7’s scary beginning. This was horrifying and awesome!!! I am really loving this game! I’m on the next area and I am really enjoyi...
Only about an hour through the first portion and to the first save point. The game is gorgeous and the gameplay is really good. The only gripe is the actor for Ethan is just terrible; whoever voices him has no ability to give emotion when it applies. Everyone else so far is A+ and this setting is really good. It's more action-packed so nothing overly scary for me but the action is really intense and stress-inducing which is nice.
The main game AKA golden path is about 20-30 hours; however, the game has many storylines woven throughout the main game, so you will detour off for some side quests and actively pursue others. It's well designed in that aspect. All the side content (not including the challenge mode) took me up to 95 hours to platinum; but in all fairness, I spend a lot of time just exploring every nook and cranny. There are a lot of hordes to fight and things to do.
Agreed. I platinum’d Days Gone at 95 hours. There was so much to see and do. Minus a few hiccups, it was a phenomenal game and world to explore. I really want to see more in this series.

Highly recommend this game to everyone who likes good open world titles. It’s one of my favorites.
I can expect sky and water mounts this time around. I don’t know if they will be free roaming or scripted but I imagine we will see them.
