Yeah I would agree. World at War was really good and dark. A lot of the flamethrower scenes were really violent. I don't know how they said this game sucks because it's one of the good ones from the Call of Duty series. I do have to say that this game had the worst and most frustrating difficulty in veteran mode though. One enemy shouldn't be able to throw 5 grenades I want while still shooting a machine gun under each arm. Lol, it was absolutely insane and completely bonkers on i...
I haven't gotten this God of War 1 yet either. The Horizon one was really cool because it was an avatar of aloy standing at the base of a massive platinum trophy
9/9/10/9 - RE2 🤗
Yeah, they could have let you:
1. Play the demo with no time limit and obviously sales off areas in its limited space.
2. 30mins to complete but infinite retries.
3. Prologue demo that isn't just cut from the main game.
Pretty pumped for this game, wont lie though, sort of nerding out more for Luigi's Mansion 3 AKA Resident Luigival
Sweet. I love my Horizon Zero Dawn platinum avatar
It's so amazing how the story can alter your perception of a topic based on a headline. After digging through the Twitter comments, I get the complaint that a game that's open world can feel a little off-balance when story missions kind of give you the freedom to move but are not designed to go too far off the rails. R* still is archaic in some ways, but it's still pretty difficult to bring that true cinematic experience into the open world but I think they were getting pretty clo...
Yes to Overkill
I would love fixed cameras with a VR mode. Where your headset is the cameras. Would allow for us to look into the world. But give extra range so it's not frustrating to play. The fixed camera angles of the days of yore were amazing, but off camera attacks were annoying. I miss them in PSone games like RE, Parasite Even, FF etc. This new style RE2 looks great in that amazing engine and plays well. It's still slower paced and scary without the tank or leadfoot controls of older REs or t...
VR is incredible. It's just hard to explain, because you have to experience it to get it.
What!?
My biggest hype from Nintendo this year is Luigi's Mansion 3. I hope it exceeds my expectations. I absolutely love the original.
If they're going to pick an ip-based character, I would really like to see Ash from Army of Darkness in this. I also really want another Evil Dead game LOL
Hey hey, let's keep the leaked info away please
RE7 sold over 5 million and that's a first person, reimagining of the series. RE2 running on a phenomenal engine with great controls and nostalgic love behind it.... I think it's going to much more than the original.
10000% agree. I have expressed my concerns but the pitchforks came out hard. BOTW was 100% carried by the Zelda and Nintendo name alone. It would have failed if it was called anything other.
Ok this list went from agreeable to stupid really fast.
I would love more classic Disney in this game and Pixar for sure, but keep Star Wars and Marvel out.
I agree on Mary Poppins content (maybe in a shared London with the dalmatians and peter pan. I would also love Robin Hood (which I have always wondered why it's not in KH). Sword and the Stone, Black Cauldron and one I think is often forgot about, The Jungle Book.
Luigi's Mansion 3!
The Quartering. Yeah, just found his channel. Absolutely love the deep gaming news content. He did a 2 part video.
I'm more excited for Luigi's Mansion 3 than RE2.
*hides from the pitchfork mob
That thumbnail makes him look like Solid Snake
I know it's in the middle of some sort of Ip ownership / publisher boondoggle but I would love to see another Kingdoms of Amalur created by whoever can make it happen
