I don't think he denied a delay. I seems like an announcement for a delay should be sometime next week.

After telling gamers to basically deal with it, this is our vision and direction or "We're not afraid to drag gamers into the future kicking and screaming." Yeah, but now they've changed their minds, we're suppose to act like it never happened, like they didn't flat out lie to their loyal fanbase. I think sega should return to the console biz and eliminate MS from the equation. After all competition is what makes Sony and Nintendo better. I wouldn't mind an actually google home console to replace MS.

Imo, both. It's pure damage control. You wouldn't think MS has ever had a successful console the way their handling the Xbox One's pre launch.
