For people complaining about Jaggies... Try playing the Demo at 720P and don't upscale it directly to 1080P. It solved (or reduced a lot) of Jaggies... Also, I reduced my HDTV contrast and colors a bit so that they don't bleed out off the edges. I have no issues with Jaggies now. For people complaining about it should first tweak it a bit and then complain. The frame rates are not an issue in the demo although the odd pop ins do feel awkward.. But hey I have played GTA and so it's not a big ...
Ok so we have a neutral ground.... KZ2 pwns MGS4 and Gears 2 in graphics... Uncharted 2 will pwn KZ2 in graphics.... Heavy Rain will pwn it in graphics and finally GOD OF WAR 3 will pwn everything in graphics (well at least we can hope for)..

Whatever Die_Fiend... If MGS4 wasn't good looking enough for you, Killzone 2 took the crown (as you agree) from Gears 2 (or MGS4 IMO) in terms of graphics. Gears 2 is a great looking game, but just is too monotonous in it's color pallet. And that is what I am emphasizing why UE3 is crap. It cannot handle colors like Green and White without them bleeding off the edges. Also, the pop ins, texture problems (again see the Gears picture in article... look at the back..), frame rate issues and glit...
Uncharted 1 (yes..don't even bring 2 in the comparison cause it's out of this world) beats the crap out of Gears in graphics. Just look at the screen shots (in the article). The detailing in Uncharted was beyond Gears. Just look at Marcus's ear in the first screen shot.. Looks as if even the muscles in the ear are growing.. and then look at the Drakes' picture.. Yes it's real time.
And please don't even start comparing MGS4 with it. Gears is just shades of brown... where as MGS...
Lets face it... Developers are going to hold on to UE3 until some other engine like CryEngine 3.0 takes over. Building a new engine for a game not only takes more time, but takes more money as well. Though the results are stunning (PS3 exclusives anyone?), but still we all know that how much time and money goes into building such games (at least 3-4 years).

@above... Dude... it's HALO!!! Even dustbins with Halo name on it are an attraction and sell like hot cakes. Seriously...Halo:Wars is outselling KZ2 only in America and not everywhere else. And even if it is, then good for Halo. When you buy a PS3, firstly buy Killzone 2 over any other game... Trust me you will love it if you are even remotely interested in FPS games.. It's not coming out off a PS3 fanboy, but out of a real gamer. Even I own a 360 and love Gears... But KZ2 is just another lev...

If reviewers at edge wouldn't have given a 7 to KZ2, then no one would even know what Edge was... Same implies to Eurogamers... It's better to just ignore such stupid reviews.
