If this were a PS3 title the reviews would go like this:
-very short campaign
-outdated technology
-lot of recycled stuff that was already available before
Sony how dare you to stamp a full pricepoint on such a thing? Final verdict: 4 out of 10 and this only because I'm a fan of this series.

It's getting ridiculous with the 360 reviews, MS is fooling gamers with their bribing, reviews can't be trusted anymore.
Seeing you name DLC and a game that should be DLC speaks volumes about the 360 lineup. Many folks ain't into racers, especially the shooter guys, so in the end many are left with just one exclusive, which is a flop.
Perfect score for this rip off with outdated graphics.

I can understand they didn't want to hand out another 10, afterwards I'm pretty sure they thought giving GTA4 a 10 was a mistake, so a 9.8 would be the perfect score for this game.
The problem is they can't. Not enough skills and their Slim would have like 99% failure rate
