Well poop. Thanks for clarifying anyway.
It's weird, I have ordered this CE version of the Japanese edition but the music CDs aren't listed in that, but in all these images for the US edition the CDs are listed, but it says that these are images of what's in the Japanese edition so I'm very confused. Guess I'll find out soon what's in the Japanese one when it arrives. Very cool that the West is getting the same edition though.
They also had 12 teams working on Assassin's Creed Revelations I believe, and it turned out pretty poorly anyway.
@Your comment below:
$60 isn't affordable? I had to pay €65 for Grand Theft Auto V when it came out, that's $88 or so. People in mainland Europe have had to pay €65-€70 for almost every new release for the majority of the time that the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 have been out (only in the last 2 years or so have prices there decreased). Prices are confirmed to remain at $60 for PS4 games as far as I can remember for North America, no such guarantee for Europe or any o...
I lol'd
Indeed. At this rate I'll never get a chance to really take my time with a Tales game! Was playing Graces f for about 3 months, finished it a week after Xillia came out here in the West, Symphonia HD remaster comes out in the next few months (and I have the Japanese edition ordered, even if only for the edition I found) which has 2 games in it obviously, then Xillia 2 will probably be out not too long afterwards and then we'll have new titles to look forward to! Keep up the awesome wo...
What? You mean a collectors edition of a high-selling game is being sold for more than what it was selling for at retail online just after release? My this really is news. Alert the population!
Just because it might not be easier than Peace Walker doesn't necessarily mean it'll still have a decent level of difficulty. (I of course get what your point is though. But how easy it was to walk into the compound and interrogate the target in that daytime demo was pathetic.)
More news on the Symphonia HD release, more figures and a new PS3 title would be delicious. Don't see any PS4 title being made for a while.
Won't be a day one regardless of how it looks after Killer is Dead which was such a disappointment. You'll need to win me over again Suda.
Not much of a task to be more difficult than Peace Walker tbh. By far the easiest game of the series.
They'll do it anyway.
Thanks! Personally I didn't see the gigolo missions as anything to get worked up about. They were silly, immature and a bit pointless really, but I mean there wasn't even any nudity like there was in Shadows of the Damned (or a ridiculous amount of sex jokes or sexual puns). I'd suggest waiting until it gets cheap to get it too. I wish I didn't feel the need to say it and I enjoyed it, but I genuinely didn't have much fun with the title I have to say.
Graces f wasn't anything special. Vesperia on the other hand was amazing, although that was at the start of the generation and is on a console that doesn't really appeal to gamers that like games from Japan so I don't know if I'd really say it "revitalised" the JRPG this gen. But it got me into the Tales series and is probably my most favourite JRPG ever now so I won't complain.
Yeah I love paying €60 for a game that has very little content, I hate getting my money's worth. Seriously get your head straight, if you want to throw money away give some of it to me!
It didn't sell very well in Japan so I don't see it happening. It's a shame. It's the first game I felt like I had to break my personal Capcom boycott for because I thought it looked like tons of fun and was so worth the money. Just import it if you want it, there's no issues at all if you're not a Japanese speaker since all the menus are pretty clear to get through. But from day 1 the multiplayer / co-op lobbies have been almost completely empty (I've never seen m...
I dunno, I looked at the list of side-quests in-game this morning too and it looked like there were a lot, but most of them are simply "go here and there and talk to X and Y" and that's kind of it. Either that or "go here and give X item to someone". The places hidden in the map are all findable within less than a minute. I don't really see getting titles or skits as side-quests personally but I can understand others seeing it as optional features.
YES YES YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS SSSSSSSS
YOU MEAN THEY'RE NOT!??
Lots of game stores break street dates, especially online stores (Shopto ship all pre-orders normally on the Tuesday before a Friday release, a friend of mine in England gets almost all his pre-orders 1-2 days early with them). There's a store in Fulham near the metro which often sells games a day before release date too from what I know (saw it myself too one of the few times I was there).
