Wait... Odyssey didn't win an award?.. I stepped out for awhile to grab some junk food at 7-11, I just figured I missed it.
Wow.. Well, whatever I guess. XD
@colbertinator Thanks for telling me bud I forgot they won at TGA last year
I used to love Tomb Raider when I was a young lad, but now I'm not interested in any of the new TR games... Dunno why... Maybe I should just give em a try and find out for sure.
A new chapter in one of the greatest games ever made. Can't. Fkn. Wait.
@aspiringpro
You're not missing anything. People see blood soaked ropes and that's BB2 to them.
Not my kinda game but I know of tons of people who are big fans. I'm glad they'll get to see a new title and also get to play the first 2 on the new system so they can finish a collection.
I agree 100% with BOTW GOTY, and that it should have been obvious for everyone.
But I'm starting to think there should be a multiplayer, "GOTY", category as well. Why do single player games only win the big award?.. Just because they tell story?.. That's fine, but that's just one area of entertainment and value in a game.
TBH though I still didn't like seeing PUBG nominated. It's an amazing multiplayer game, one of the best ...
I think every platform has something special to offer. Nintendo is it's legendary exclusives, PS is it's willingness to try new things, M$ is it's multiplayer experiences, PC is it's modability, freedom, access to all genre's and backwards compatibility.
I think each platform can, "and should", learn from each other.
No, Zelda definitely should have won.
Maybe if your opinion is this diverse you shouldn't watch these award shows?
No, it's not. BB isn't japanese writing or japanese musical intruments and shadows is a reference to Tenchu not anything in Bloodborne.
Looks like a new Tenchu game to me. Japanese like writing, japanese instruments and the shadow reference.
Idk, the most important thing for consumers is research.
..There's literally no real reason for anyone but HEAVY content creators/streamers/developers to own a cpu that's less than 4 years old right now as CPU technology is now rapidly becoming pointless and in the future will certainly not exist as it will merge with the GPU someday as a redundant piece of technology.
Right now instead of getting a cpu upgrade, consider a graphic card instead.. A...
Simple answer: When you get bored of it.
Complex answer: When the game runs out of quality replay value options like different main story ending, interesting single player modes, fun and engaging online multiplayer/community, co-op options etc etc etc
..Then there's games like overwatch, which have almost none of that, except for the fact that it's so incredibly basic that anyone can hop in, shoot some ppl, get called a winner and trash talk befor...
It's the Megaman-like that people have wanted for a decade, ofc it still stands out.
Ocarina Of Time is definitely one I'd be interested in.. But I have to admit... I would LOVE to see what they could do with a modern Zelda approach to Link to The Past.
How many randomly generated shit quests did Skyrim have btw?
..You know, there's a reason why many people complained that game was soulless.. Because they ran around exploring and only ran into the trash the game had to offer, like dynamic RNG quests...
..Bungie has already proven they want to sell you 1/3 a game and then fodder fill it for years in it's first Destiny game, why aren't people learning now?
..Do people really ...
Are you kidding?.. The ps4 pro is a complete piece of junk. It's barely warranted an upgrade and in many cases causes more problems than improves experience.. Like adding Micro-stutter from lazily Cross-firing two laptop GPU's instead of doing the right thing and slapping in a proper single card upgrade like a mid gen refresh should have gotten.
Note: I don't know if M$ has a single card in the X, but if it doesn't, it will likely have the same problems and ...
You can't redeem yourself by slow patching a lie over the course of a couple years. Even if the game does turn out to be good someday.
..This is the only industry where I openly see consumers praising people who wrong them... It's so shameful.
Lying isn't a mistake, it's a choice.
You don't give credit to people who con you. If you do.. There's a problem. Somewhere in you.
Lets see the rest of the gaming industry become Happy Games. Then everyone gets to play half unfinished fully prices games marketed on lies every time the developer opens their mouth.
I'd love to see how that goes down. But hey, if Sean Murray and his friends do it, it's totally cool...
..You kickstarted a game without doing any research about what it is, and now you're complaining because it's too difficult for your personal computer to run now that it's nearing completion?
..Do you not realize how poorly your thinking???
