Why did they say "by the same people who made Kane & Lynch"? as if it was a different studio, or to generate some sort of fanboy hype since we all know everyone hates K&L despite most of you not even playing it for more than two seconds? IO developed all the Hitmans, Freedom Fighters (which NEEDS a sequel, both K&L games and Mini Ninjas. They didn't just sanction off half the studio and told them to go do this. They did K&L because they wanted to take a break fro...
Already confirmed that KZ3 won't have split-screen, sadly. Think about it - having to render the same scene up to four times at ONCE on the PS3 would cause even a decent PC nowadays to chug.
Also, the game was called "Kin" back then. The concept was the same as it is now - the idea that the Helghast were your enemies but still your kin because they were just mutated humans.
Yeah, we must be among the handful of KZ1 fans in the world. I still love that game. It's had some of the most varied environments in any FPS I've ever played. Jungles, deserts, tundras, urban environments, outer space, office buildings, underground facilities - it had everything.
Wow, people are stupid. Have you ever used Gmod? I dare you to try to do anything even remotely as good as this in it.
Gmod isn't a map editor. He used maps from Portal and a couple of his own made in Valve Hammer Editor to make this. Gmod lets you do a lot of stuff using assets from other Valve games and fans can port over objects from other games (like the Jackknife model here) to use as well.
Are you shitting me? Left 4 Dead? LMAO! There's nothing deep or complex about that game AT ALL. Run from point-A to point-B while spraying bullets everywhere for 1-shot insta-kills on everything except the Tank. Oohhh, so impressive! I played both of them on the PC and got bored within minutes.
Lol, STALKER. The only good STALKER game was Shadow of Chernobyl. The only way to enjoy the games is if you can get past the 650 billion bugs and crashes they all have. Shadow of Chernobyl was great because of its atmosphere and balance, which the two following games in the series lacked horribly. I could name many fuck-ups that Clear Sky and CoP had, but I won't right now since I'd be here all day.
I have a gaming-capable PC but the only game I even have on it installe...
PS3 has full keyboard/mouse support. All Valve would have to do is implement that and there won't be any disadvantage. I played and beat Portal on both the PC and PS3 with a normal DualShock 3 and I had no issues with aiming.
LMFAO! I love how the music gets super-dramatic at that part as well.
Just a game? Just no, just don't even come here again. Is that a friggin'...what's that gay vampire film? Whatever it's called, avatar? Wow.
Yeah, bound is retarded, and when you combine it with rage, someone can literally put you in a friggin' unescapable death combo.
Jaffe is the man. That's all I have to say.
Wow, how did you manage to go from five bubbles to just one in such little time? That's some hardcore trolling.
I guess over 2 million people didn't want it since they bought the first.
It was just a PSP using Remote Play. You can try it yourself if you have a PS3 and a PSP.
Guess what? The Infinity Ward is just a heavily-modified version of the Quake engine, aka "id tech". Get the fuck outta here with that IW-fanboyism bullshit.
Sad, but so fucking true at the same time. Don't feel like leveling up to lvl 99 to get the AK47? Buy our "Time Waster DLC" and get EVERYTHING, including level 20 prestige for just $99.99.
Actually the PSP first released in Japan in December 2004. But yeah, there's a lot of stuff I'd like in the PSP2, too much to type here.
This. Jesper Kyd was an AMAZING composer. I love K&L but K&L2's ending kinda annoyed me. K&L2 had an amazing story but it's obvious there's gonna be a third one with the SUPER-cliffhanger they left off at.
