Cloud will not be ready for many years. Hardware is just now getting good enough to stream games over your internet to a device like a 10" tablet without lag/latency. It will be another 5-10 years before they can do that with servers because they are missing fiber optics in most of the world.
3GB of ram on the xbox one is reserved just for the OS to run.
Sony will be able to push the same quality games as the xbox one with 60fps and better anti aliasing.

The PS4 is the new King and the Xbox one is taking the Wii Us place. Valve will take Microsoft's place later this year with steam boxes bringing PC gaming to more mainstream audiences.
Basically means unless we can get a huge deal with Microsoft or Sony we are making it on PC.

By the time that system is actually useful how powerful will a standard high end PC be? Probably DX12 on 12 or 15nm die with like 25 billion transitors and 7500-10000 graphics cores + xeon phi based secondary cpus doing heavy lifting for real time physics and tons of things being rendered.
Around the time the xbox one and ps4 are being released AMD will launch volcanic islands a GPU that is on a 20nm die and has 4000 cores on the best version.

Its true walk up a like a wall in Crysis 3, it is tessellated looks perfect and is very high quality. I guarantee you if you do the same thing on a ps4/xbox one it will look horrible in comparision.
