MGO doesn't exist to me. Not until they make the changes the beta testers listed over and over and over again. Single player until they change it.
I'm happy that I finally have an answer to "whats your favorite game of all time". I never could answer that question before, I always answered with a bunch of games.

I really had no idea I'd love mgs4 this much. I knew I'd like it, but it really just changed the way I look at videogames in general.
They never said heavy rain was on hold. They said getaway and 8 days. Heavy Rain was my most anticipated title. Then MGS4 came out and now I don't seem to be excited for anything except it now. Seeing the new heavy rain trailer should rekindle my interest though. =)
Old sixaxis has been upgraded from "just in case" to full time camera use. :)

The site belongs to xbox people temporarily while the PS3 people are playing MGS4. When they're finished you'll notice alot fewer comments like the one from "metal gear solid" get so many agrees.

If MGS4 sold 300,000 in JAPAN the first day. I'm sure it sold probably double that in america. And in europe...
MGS4 probably sold over a million copies in one day if my estimations are correct.
When the price cut is less than 50 dollars you know it's just being done for publicity. So people can ask themselves whether or not now is the time to buy a 360.

The "price" appeal has already been taken by the wii/ds. People who are real hardcore gamers aren't gonna base their decision of what console they want on it's price. The Ps3's previous price of 600 dollars was just out of the range of fathomable, so it took a plunge from it. However, the PS3's price as it stands now is just reasonable enough for people to save up for an extra week to afford it.
My estimation is the PS3 will sell about 50-60 million units at the end of it's life cycle. With the 360 at around 40. And the wii at around 70.
Damn, I was really hoping for a price drop too. :( A girl I'm seeing wants a Ps3.
