they would've given it a 7/10.

Simply too fustrating - my thoughts from demo. And add to that the fact they played and reviewed dead space.

girls love HOME. Despite pervs, they love it. I'm willing to bet that within the next year, with a massive price cut AND the constent addition of content, the ratio between male female will narrow. This could be the main way to draw the female crowd.

Oh and that new helicopter game is addictive as hell.

They obviously were very ahead of themselves with Halo2's graphics for its time back in 2004. So I assume they invested a lot of time and money on it too.

Thats the problem. They made that leap too early. They may not have had Halo3 in mind whilst developing Halo2. A real next gen Halo engine is definitely needed to add new life to Halo.

COD4 engine would probably ruin Halo's art. It would be amazing to see Halo run on Killzone2's engine.

Cons

- Average storyline
- Short single player experience
- A.I is inconsistent at various times during the game

Put EDGE in front of those and what do you get? Same opinion but different score. Opinions are oh so resourceful ¬_¬

Fantastic score btw.

We knew that one all along. But the sales of GTA DL is very impressive but still a small fraction of the total 360 sales.

In GTA, The story missions alone never drives sales. it's mainly the architectoral design of the sandbox environment and the virtual life it generates that draws a lot of it's attention particularly with the casual crowd. What I'm saying is, GTA4 took those elements already.

was thanks to a 360 fanboy's comment. They're way more concerned with it than others. according to 360 fanboys, it's fallen below 92% i think.

Frankly, i couldnt give a damn since I love the online.

Right on. They should just stick to offering small games like Socom and GT5P via download. Internet and technology still hasn't reached that point yet. My internet is capped at 10GB per month. Speed is 8mbs. it's also known that not everyone plays online or even have internet. HDD costs are not exactly expensive but still not bigger enough to cater our day2day excessive needs to last 5 + years.

Game developers will also be more concerned with the size of their games, thus ultim...

Is he seriously pulling that two year old fanboy trick again. Repeated data and longer games is nonsense.

It's capacity can add more variety in textures, which leads to larger worlds looking a bit more interesting. More audio for perhaps GTA's car radio. And of course a lot less back tracking in certain levels such as DMC4. So it doesn't necessarily add more hours to games. That's just plain dumb and childish thinking.

SE have missed out on establishing and proving itself to a rapidly expanding market, known as Playstation that has proven to have a higher market penetration than the other, noticeable through it's total sales against duration time and evidently has a comparative attach rate of games per console. Did I mention some games selling higher than the other? SE have missed out.

And this happening with it's current premium price? With a price cut, it can only prosper even more.
