Why ? microsoft has a kz2, uncharted2, ratchet and clank, etc...in their 2009 line up ? ...oh wait...no, they don't, with, or without mag, they can't compete on exclusive level (since 2008..and for 2009/2010 for sure)
... even if street fighter is not killzone or uncharted, you 'd better have a real good graphic cards and cpu to run it perfectly/smoothly...games on pc = a lot more needed power than with a well optimised consoles, for that reason (and also because people want to be able to play the game with poor pc), actually no pc games are visually superiors to bests next gens games, even with better graphics cards then consoles (next year perhaps).
