Never once did i read a comment where someone said "I'm a real fan because I gave this game a real chance"
More like I played the demo (or never played it at all) and this game sucks!. Even though they haven't played the full game.

I know you haven't played the game because YOU can NOT button mash through DmC. You will die. And its not a cake walk through the game on harder difficulties like all the haters say it is which goes to show they never played the game. It is a challenge to beat it. I just beat Son of Sparda and it was challenging.

Maybe its not as hard as DMC3 but DMC is defenitly not easy. I'm on Son of Sparda mode right now and that is challenging. You can not button mash through it and expect to beat it. I got 5 missions left and Dante Must Die mode unlocks. Will see how much harder that gets. There is also Hell to Hell mode. Where all the enimies have regular life but you die in 1 hit. That will probly be the most challenging for DMC
They could always do Devil May Cry 5 then next DMC2 and keep switching. That would be even better so you can have both worlds!
Yeah it would be nice get Devil May Cry 5 1 year and DMC 2 the next. Switch off each time. I would like that.
Yeah it's challenging. This isn't as easy as everyone hating the game said it would be. So I was expecting it to be easy like Devil May Cry 2 but its not. They say its a button masher also. If you did that you would die pretty fast. And I know when I get to Hell and Hell difficulty mode that is going to be real challenging.

If you play the game his attitude is alot similar to original dante. One is carefree living life and the other is carefree don't care about life but by the end he cares alot more than original dante. He actually does it because he wants to find awnsers where the original would do it because it sounds fun.

I actually think original dante would do something i like though. He has that attitude to me. Capcom just wouldn't show something like that. How his attitude is in dmc3 I wouldn't be suprised he is the type that says swear words off screen^^ It just capcom wrote around that word where NT just made it realistic. And really when I heard complaints about bad language everywhere in this game I was thinking it was a fest of cuss words everywhere. There isn't very much of it. ...
Even though I like the original Dante better I did like the new one a lot. People that still call him emo need to look at him again. They changed him enough he doesn't look close to emo. And if you added the white hair he almost looks like dante original.
I look at this differently though. This was him at his younger stage. even younger than what he was in DMC3. He isn't that carefree attitude yet. And if you actually play the game you can see his attitude ...
Later in the game it actually does get a little challenging. I garented your first time through you won't get SSS very much because you get hit alot. I played it on harder difficulty right away though. Don't know if its the same as in normal. For a game that is supposly really easy I did die quite a bit in the game. They mix different enimies together at once which make it challenging at times. If I had a somewhat challenge on hard mode I expect by the last difficulty mode it wi...

I thought the same way as you did. I was kind of skeptical if no lock on would work but I had no problems with it. It automatically locks on to a character and pretty much attacked the guy that I wanted. Very rare did it go to someone I didn't want to fight. Maybe like 3 to 5 times the hole 13hrs I played it.
Well lucky me I had no frame rate issues the hole time I played it and beat it.
U can't beat the game in 3 1/2hrs. If you did you been playing it for weeks and mastered it and skipped or already have all the extra things to get. First time through it will take between 10 to 13hrs depending if you actually explore to find all the keys, doors, and souls to free like I did will make it longer.

Thank you for that. I can understand if he scored it bad because he didn't like it but after he said this is a good game but no DMC so he rated it a 0. No AAA title I can think of ever deserves even close to a 0 score.

I was the same as u when I first heard about the no lock-on but it works. I haven't had a problem with it yet. Actually I forget it was ever a option in previous games.
