Some people don't let their PS3's rest That's all.
I know why those people's PS3s are catching the YLOD. YOU'RE PLAYING FFXIII if you've been playing for like 10-20 hrs. straight on FFXIII do this, STOP. Let your PS3 rest. about an hour later pick the controller it's not really the hardware it's the player. It's the same scenario when people were having the dreaded ylod situation when they were playing MW2, they were playing tooo much and too long. That's their fault, not Sony's. Play responsibly.
This is probably because I'm more familiar with the controller but I love the Dualshock controllers, I feel real comfortable when playing with it. When I played with the 360 controller I felt a little awkward when it was in my hands, though I do like the grip, once again that's more than likely due to the fact that I've been playing with the dualshock for over 10 years. The Snes probably got that spot due to it's iconic status in the gaming world.
Seriously they released the thing at a price point of $250 add another 50bucks(plus tax) you can get yourself a ps3. Not many ppl want to download games, although it's hacked so They'll be downloading Illegally
I agree Sony tried to move a little too quickly into the era of download only.
I'm actually pretty stoked about this game I'm 100% behind the "play, create, share" idea, hopefully if there are small problems with the controls they tweaked(most likely they did)wouldn't mind trying this game out. Oh I also wann add I'm glad Sony continues to embrace Creativity.
The Go had pretty good intentions but mistakes were made when launching this(#1 the price) they should have held off on this and went with a new PSP(PSPII)
Okay I l like the article seemed pretty much down the middle. For the Record inFAMOUS is a very underrated game Go buy it PS3 owners(never played Crackdown but I'm assuming it's awesome too)

Well sorry if the PS3 isn't the size of a Nintendo Wii(it lost weight though). This may sound weird but one of the reasons I bought a PS3 is due to the size, I knew there was alot of dependable tech under the hood. Plus I liked the Piano design; just wish I got the chrome trim version.

That's what I speculated I think Sony is trying to drop the price but if they do that it would be pretty sick. A price drop Bundle of God Of War III.
I traded games in at gamestop which came upto 48.81 then got a subscription card and reserved a copy of GoWIII so I had 28.81 and paid a balance off anyway, just something for you to think about you can sell a few games you don't want and use the money to balance off your purchase I spent a totale of 29.73 for it.
Well Square stated that when FFXIII is released they would start releasing info on VSXIII sooo I'm assuming we're gonna see something at PAX or the big one E3(more than likely)

Not to defend Sony but weren't they working on a newer form of the PS3, if I'm not mistaken there was a new PS3 in the works or something, I don't know I'm just throwing that out there i heard about that a month or two ago, you can look for that. Anyway regardless of the reason for the shortage Sony needs to get on the ball, make an announcement and tell everyone whats going on to reassure them that they'll have PS3's out there.
Kinda depressing but to be honest I've never agreed with his reviews(that includes the GoW3 review)however it is always unfortunate when someone loses a job but I'm pretty sure he'll get a new job somewhere else.
With all the hype that Natal is getting I'm not expecting much. Hmm might be Time Splitters 4 but they're making it out to be an exclusive Time Splitters2 and Perfect Future were Multiplatform. Could it be Syphon Filter? Or Am I putting my foot in my mouth? Although if it is Time Splitters 4, Radical must have cut a deal with Sony to make it exclusive Guess we'll have to wait and see maybe we'll know by E3
