I dont know about that, it has great reliability for a gaming console, and as far as all the features, i think they got the right balance. its problem WAS lack of titles, not the console its self, which i think is an solid, extremely capable peice of hardware.
... maybe they think its not suitable for play untill all the glitches are fixed. some how i think not.
... is not just a japanese thing. Halo anyone?
weres my cookie
do you know if this is coming to the PS3 aswell? i hope so, we could use a good jet fighter sim too!
pray to that, bro
should we do the math here? its not a 100% failure rate, its 30%, so if yours didnt fail then you must be one of the 70%. gasp! just because yours works doesnt mean its not a huge problem. just think, of the first 2 million sold, that means over 600 000 of those are probably broken by now. sh!t that is bad.
my room mate is on his 4, so your 1 can have one of his 4. he has more 2 more for anyone else.
... if thats true, then yeah that would be one in every 3. I like how the article uses Ipods and xboxs as an example of corperate america's "vanliant" effort to wrest back the lead for reliable electronics when neither prove to be very reliable.
Edit: its design, foos not where the parts are put together. think of cars, american cars are usually just ok for reliabily, but honda and toyota seem to have it down the best for sure.
... first he says " who the hell cares if someones says in their opinion it's the best?" and then types 300 plus words about gis opinions of it being " the best "? Silly boy! form your ideolgy on the relevence of opinion first, then come back! :)
you stupid little idiot.
Uncharted looks really good, no doubt, but its engine isnt as good as the unreal engine. as far as gears of war goes, both consoles are capable of producing better graphics, as seen by unreal 3, not a great game but the graphics, though the same engine, are a abit better than gears.
i own a ps3 and not a 360 but to say that uncharted looks better than anything on the xbox 360 is stupid.
i would just like to say that a half assed half-life is still better than most of the games released this year, Bia.
is really that big of a deal? does it wreck your social life? will your friends find out about it? will you be fired from your job? i hope i get a million disagrees, and even then i wont add something like
"EDIT: OMG WHY YOU DISAGREE WIT ME AAAAGH F YOU STUPID DUMMIES!!SADLKHSDF"
shut up.
Give me a break. its not that buggy at all, even at its worst, it isnt nearly as bad as Mass Effect or anything. It deffinately could run smoother, but Ive beaten portal, both half life 2 episodes and did not run into as many glitches as when i played through Mass Effect. not even close.
so yeah a patch would be nice, but i wouldnt call it a mess.
i clicked disagree because it already had 38 disagrees, and i thought that was funny and i said "hey, me too!"
its obvious the only other decent fps games youve played are halo and halo2. too bad, your really missing out on much better games.and i think bioshock is abit over rated as it is just as good as it was when it was called system shock 2 (they are basically the same game).
Call of duty 4, yeah might be getting over rated, but it is better than halo 3. Orange box should have been first, and all of the medal of honor games are just ok. so yeah... no half life one? i dont think any...
Well untill they improve the game stability, they can keep mass effect an exclusive. i dont have enough fingers to count how often that game has crapped the bed while i was playing it. its pretty short too, and the side quests are boring. i just hope the second one is better, i was dissappointed by the first.
leave the poor kid alone, he can't even spell reality ( relaity....yikes.), obviously dont take his economic predictions seriously.
GT series dull? maybe they should try turning off the traction control. see how dull it is then..
i dont think this game looks very good, but i guess thats not as important as how it plays. Given the franchises history it should play amazingly. im just unimpressed by how it looks....
you mean GAMING PCs, obviously. Gaming pcs are cool i suppose, but i would rather spend the cost difference between a really good Gaming PC ($2000) and a console ($400) on something like a harmon kardon receiver, which would more than make up for the graphical difference between the high end PC and console. and besides, i would rather be sitting on my comfortable couch with my feet up on my coffee table in front of a big screen surrounded by home theater speakers (*breath in*) than at my comp...
