Well as of this article it is still technically unconfirmed. It definitely would not surprise it, along with Mass Effect(high potential) and Bioshock shows third party exclusives are dead, even timed exclusives are dying.
They may not be dead forever, if one console excels over the other (like double the units) we could see third party exclusives re-born but from a financial side there is little gain for third parties.

So equal to 360 with some texture hiccups that are going to be patched and new content, sounds very good!

EA has been very good about equal attention recently, the games have been almost the same and demos are multiplat.
Ubisoft has been crap this gen as far as equal console attention.

I would be more concerned with WHO is doing the port, the MGS4 team is most definitely moved on to something else, with a game so optimized for PS3 the port process is essential.

I feel as if IGN is regretting that GTAIV 10, they really wanted to give MGS4 and LBP a 10 but after the big deal they made for GTAIV they can't even think of a 10 til 09.
