Definitely worth it. I’m playing that right now
Sony has so much they could use but aren’t. This thing probably won’t be nearly as popular as the SNES classic.
1. Price too high
2. Should have dual shock controllers or at least ones with joysticks
3. Not coming with a power adapter included is a big mistake.
4. Needs more games. Hidden gems. More rpgs
It seems like they didn’t think this out that well.
@Undertaker
I’d hate to say it but I agree. I was hoping the PS1 would have some killer games for it especially since it costs more. They probably figure that the games aren’t as old as SNES or NES and maybe that’s why the higher price? Idk. I just know that the PS1 I still consider my favorite console of all time because of all the amazing games that were released and the list they picked doesn’t even wginnto reflect that.
I’m not entirely thrilled with the list but your reasoning is false. Sony has some great first party games on PS1. Some of the studios ended up closing, but like “989 sports” games were my favorite of the gen
That is such an underwhelming list. I was expecting that though. There are so many great and amazing games that could have been released. Even RPGs were in abundance on the system and could have been given more love with this.
I thought this sale would be good but they never have enough games. Between that and Best Buy, I’m going to start buying online and avoid them altogether. Can’t be a major player in video games when you don’t have a lot to sell. You’d think they’d understand this
😂
I don’t follow your logic here. It shouldn’t be a case of “well it’s available elsewhere so do that if you want” but more so a rewriting of history. There should be NO reason those were removed. If people had the problem in the first place then don’t play the game at all, period. We are getting to a point where where catering to everyone is becoming a norm and it’s disgusting. Of all the things getting censored these days history should NEVER be one of them
Edit:
...
I'm offline!
@skankinruby
No, it's not. There are so many single player OFFLINE games released that gaming isn't predominately online in any shape or form. Unless you mean that multiplayer only games are predominantly online then yes
@4show
Who are all these crying people? I don’t see console players holding anything back. That would be limitations of the console itself. Quit blaming people for things when it’s nkt their fault. I’d say that there are some people that should not want certain things to happen in the industry but seem to not care. So much is detrimental to it, but it’s almost like people will take that with “convenience”. Not all change is good. People seem to forget that
I’m playing 0 right now and I love it! These games are amazing. I’m glad that they’re finally getting recognized and released outside Japan. I love seeing these Japanese asked games. Especially over the games like COD. I haw 0 and 1 (Kiwami) so far
These headlines are ridiculous. They could say that 10 people worked 10 hours during the week and claim “we worked 100 hour weeks”. So argue it doesn’t mean anything
Nonsense. Physical will always be better. Don’t ever let a company tell you what you should be doing. I find it crazy that people will deliberately let companies have control over them and what they can do.
That’s how I feel about the whole situation. I don’t see the industry as heading that direction because of the players but moreso the game publishers along with some developers. Allows more control. I don’t see why people would want want this but I know I don’t.
It does make you wonder. Articles from the site pop up constantly and they’re ALL terrible. I don’t think I’ve read one decent article from that site ever.
“Gamingbolt sucks” says Dev.
I’d read that article 😂
Yes it will. I think that by the time hardware doesn’t then gaming would’ve lost much of its appeal and I’d be done (with new stuff anyway). Games would hurt from lack of innovation to being generalized and simplified to work on everything. I can see people getting bored even faster so making everything more accessible to everyone anywhere would essentially backfire. Maybe not but I definitely could see this
I feel like the day this happens it will do more harm than good for the industry.
They make plenty of other games besides the ones you describe. But wait, it’s too bad MS can’t make anything that isn’t multiplayer FPS or Forza.
How’s that?
Meh.... nothing in there I’d like except Yakuza 6.
