It's easy to do enticing things when you're at the bottom (talking about users here). You're trying to gain momentum. There's no need to force everyone to be the same but if Epic is doing that then just stay with them and stop complaining? That's what I'd do
First system so had to be good. I've heard some doozies today that's for sure.
It does amaze me when I see people complaining about wanting more and then claiming Sony is greedy because they don't bend to their wishes. Who's the one being greedy wanting miracles out of $5? The way some talk they wouldn't even buy games because they want them a for their measly subscription fee. That wouldn't help keep the industry healthy and would probably lead to many lackluster titles

I don't believe that his games with Konami appealed to everyone. I would say genius but I admire his sense of humor and dedication. I am patiently waiting to check out the new game.

It sounds like you know plenty but you're focusing on one. There are plenty. And no, the original is not weak. Not everyone will have the same options available. It seems you fail to understand this. Cue the people that think games get revealed too early. I'll admit I was hyped about 3 but I lost that fast after it released. Not even bothering with this game

That's only part of the equation, internet going down. It can get bogged down too, and become very slow. It's also another bill that has to be paid just to play a game you already paid for (and even more if it were a sub based game), AND Plus or Xbox Live. I'm not putting my faith in companies to be able to enjoy games. Internet, servers, networks.... Some games sure but not all....
Well would you look at that. I knew Blizzard couldn't be trusted (or Activision for that matter). They've successfully killed any hype I had for this game in less than 24 hours. Now I won't even bother looking at anything else for it as I know with 100% certainty that I won't be getting the game. I can not stand always online games and refuse to support them.
I don't have faith they'd do Diablo justice anymore even though I am a little bit curious how the new game will be. I haven't bought any Activision, Blizzard, EA, or Ubisoft games in quite some time. It's kind of nice actually and I still have tons of games to play without being nickel and dimed to death
That's why I don't get the point of betas anymore. Many don't even listen and assume people will just "come around". That's kind of what you're asking for with multiplayer focused games.
For the record I did like the Infinity Ward games but I haven't bought a COD this entire generation because of where they were heading as a series. It should be obvious the kids don't want change when looking at the Killzone games and Battlefield games.
I'm waiting for the physical release of the collection so I can have all the Yakuza games. I'm glad for the localization of them.
