Even though the mod is amazing, it's terribly optimized.
That's pretty fantastic.
Then basically what you just said is, you reviewed only the gameplay to your standards, and you call that a review? You do know a review is everything within a game, correct? it's not some half-assed idea of how a gameplay is supposed to be. Furthermore, you do know music and graphics are an essential part of a video game, correct? Everyone who made a review of Shadowrun, including myself stated everything specifically, regardless of the clutter that would be involved. In addition to that...
I marked down this site. It's quite clear that the guy himself has very little to say in terms of the game itself, and in all honesty, the friggin thing is less than 500 words long. You expect me to take my time and read your article when the only thing you're giving me is a rough opinion, and a half-assed summary of the game? I don't think so.
Atneus, I was actually reading your full review and 90% of the qualities of Shadowrun you barely assessed. For example, you stated that you gained several skill points, but during my playthrough, I barely gained enough to go by in my opinion. I barely upgrade my defense fully, nor did I upgrade my shotgun or my handgun fully, or even my decking ability.
Furthermore, the only thing you truly did rate was the gameplay. Even though there's no disagreeing that the gameplay was down...
Super excited for this title.
It's sadly very repetitive, however, if you like Monster Hunter, it's downright amazing. But personally, i don't think it aged well.
But then you clearly do not understand what Shadowrun is about. The reading is what gives it it's edge over most modern games.
I personally find myself disliking Awakening as compared to the other Fire Emblem's in the franchise. The reason why it felt more so like a grind fest than it did a true Fire Emblem strategy combined with a few RPG elements. Furthermore, I didn't feel like they even bothered to use the generations to the fullest. I ended up having over 40 characters, just like I did in a Suikoden game, but more so than not, each one of them could take down an army of 20 enemies each round, so it kind ...
@dedicated
I'm sort of talking about Nintendo handheld games, but in general as well. I've noticed the price of handhelds seldom go down compared to consoles. I mean if you look at it like this, Bioshock Infinite is already down to 40 dollars and it's only been a few months ( no offense towards the game for whoever is reading). While, you have handheld games like Devil Survivor that's around 25 dollars at the cheapest even on Ebay, and that game is around a year old. I...
Dude, I totally love what you said in so many different ways that's not even possible to describe. I personally found myself just really loving the engaging Shadowrun Returns campaign, even though it wasn't better than the one on the Super Nintendo, it definitely killed most of the triple A titles that have came out in the past, and let's face it, we know which ones. But truly the remarkable thing is how they were able to implemented a way to make different campaigns into one. Als...
Personally, even though I have a 3DS, I wish handheld games weren't so darn expensive. I mean a great deal of them don't have price drops until 2 years after their launch. Kind of bogus in my opinion.
I feel like they were trying to make the same combat system that existed within the Super Nintendo Shadowrun, and that was when you shot an enemy, the chances of missing him was so friggin high, it made scrounging around and running from fights a must. In Returns, it just seems kind of ummm *cough*, dumb.
I disagree with this review without a moment of a doubt.
Especially considering they paid 60 dollars for it, and even after demanding a refund, the only thing Gearbox did is lie even more. I'm personally shocked to find out that Gearbox even had the balls to come out and say this.
Totally agree with you. Even though I'm not buying anything Microsoft related I do find that Microsoft actually spending cash on their fans to be shockingly pleasant. However, I personally cannot see what I would do with all this space.
Good interview even though very casual.
I personally despised SR3. It was far below SR 2 in every way. It wasn't even about gangs, what's worse if you think about what Benajmin King would say about the Saints, it would come out as: "I lost my gang to a bunch of wannabe gangsters". That's literally what he would say.
@Tevolofox
You're obviously just a douche.
Dude, the recipe hasn't died, it's only dead in triple A titles. In other's it's trying to be great, but it's done badly because the lack of funding.
