And if you played NHL 2K6 before you played NHL 2K7, you would have noticed right away how much better of a game 2K7 is. Not saying that 2K6 was a bad hockey game, it just that 2K7 is that good. Yes NHL 07 is fun and innovative with the new skill stick, but overall it's not a better representation of how hockey really feels and plays.

COD2 has recieved a average score of 90.1% (85 reviews). RFOM is averaging 90.3% (4 reviews). So yes it appropriate to compare the game since they were both launch titles.

That was actually the first time somebody has called me that on this site.
But nothing out there right now looks remotely close to GOW. The more I play the game the more I notice, the level of detail is crazy.
Looks a lot better then I was expecting it to, gameplay looks very cool as well.
The game is ridiculously addictive. Are you playing it on CASUAL or HARDCORE? I already beat it on all three settings, actually I never played it on CASUAL I just jumped into HARDCORE right away. The INSANE difficulty setting is crazy but manageable for ppl with higher then average skill, except for when you get to RAAM. I just finished it on that setting and it is far from repetitive, far from linear, and it took all in all around a respectable 15 hours to complete. I can honestly say the game is amazing, and i'm usually very hard to impress. The bottom line is that besides their digital cameras and their plasma tv's, their product is not selling as much as it used to. Not to mention the huge hit they took with the battery recalls.
