Here is my prediction. If the PS Vita does well in North America and Europe, it will help lead Sony into a banner year.
If the PS Vita fails in those territories, it will lead to the end of the PlayStation brand as we know it.

Someone who allegedly works for the competition should know the PS3 hasn't turned a profit since its launch.
The hardware is sold for a profit, but Sony is far from recoupping the losses made on the PS3.

I believe in Sony's vision of a network of inter connected devices. And when Apple comes out in a few months, and basically announces a similar strategy for all of their products, people will praise it as visionary.
