load times are almost twice as long on the ps3 than the 360 version. this is what i noticed when the demos came out and that the ps3 version's graphics were still un-polished but the review say's they are the same now.

gamestop had a 7 day return policy years ago(2003 or 2004 i think they stopped this) where you could return games you just bought and tired.
a good thing we have internet review sites so we don't have to be stuck with sh!tty games.

a few people last wednesday and thursday had pictures of the game with receipts over at gamefaqs and even a few camera phone pics from inside best buy.
the game has been seen on shelfs since last wednesday at best buys. you could even buy them with no trouble.
i've been on the other side a few times. in less than a few blocks of driving the game freezes and you have to restart the demo.
this glitch works for both 360 and ps3 demo, and still works.
I looked and found it was the blog posting old news, the site is full of them.
