Microsoft is pulling out all the stops when it comes to Kinect. Oprah, Ellen, Justin Bieber; it's clear who MS's is target. With as profitable as the casual market has been, MS feels it is prime time to try an corner it, just look at the 1/2 billion marketing budget. Is this make it or break it for MS in the gaming arena?
+ bub anyway for being funny.
I don't like Apple, but I think you confused them with Microsoft.
He has been ranting for weeks about his creative freedom, figured it would have led to this.
The time has finally arrived, so much for voting on the 2nd j/k. This should settle who is the better pmc one and for all.
More games need to add Move support. Anyone claiming "camera" controls are difficult with the should'nt consider themselves "core" gamers, and should just stick to casual games like Farmville.
I bought 2 of the "shipped" Moves.
You have 30 days to get a full return on hardware regardless of the reason for returning.
Lower IQ=Kinect
Higher IQ=Move
Opening a new game is ceremonial. It's an entire ritual for me dating back to the eighties. Having an already opened new game, is like having someone else sleep with my wife during the honeymoon.
Having the Move in TM doesn't make much sense on the head end. But if it could be used in conjunction with a racing wheel, where you could steer with you left and use the wand to aim and shoot independently would be awesome.
I feel like a junky, chasing that high FF7 left me with, only to be disappointed time and time again. I'm not going to even comment on the failure that was FF13. Well I guess SE is into watering down there product in order to make stretch.
I guess you based that on an endless supply of i'll informed people.
Lol that was painful to watch.
Never cared for racing games at all, but after trying to do the time trial with the DS3 and fail miserably, I might just have to buy a racing wheel and give it a proper go.
I stopped by Gamez Unleashed to buy some used Game Cube games for my 2yr old. Saw that they had Kinect for pre-order, so I asked if they had a lot of pre-orders. The clerk said no and he thought they would sell better. Also on another note, they had 3 Move starter packs and were sold out of the stand alone.
Most mob consumers don't care how well something works. If through creative marketing, something could be hyped to the point that soccer moms stampede Walmart, as with Beenie Babies and Tickle me Elmo, then its a success.
How will the ladies play./s
I thought maybe the author would have gave some kind if insight, but I'm afraid I wasted my time. Wii controls and Move controls do not mimic dual analog sticks, and shouldn't. Motion controls are a new way to play and should be looked at that way. If someone want to play with dual analog controllers then do so, there are plenty of options out there. I for one enjoy the motion controls of the Wii and Move. Metroid Prime on the Wii was one of the best Fps shooters I've played. I...
