I'll pre-order it today.
Why? So I can shell out 60bucks for xbl.
There are still plenty of morons to buy the next COD, Activision shouldn't sell itself so short.
Call me cheap, but I do not throw my money at anyone who solicits it. If I see the value in something, I wouldn't mind paying for it. XBL isn't worth paying for imho, but if it were my only platform and I couldn't afford something else, then I might see a reason to fork over the money. Gladly I can spend the money that I'm not spending on XBL each year to buy games, and play them online for free.
Fox News trolling again.
I've been gaming since the eighties and i'm married with 2 beautiful kids. Before I was married I had a very rich dating string. Most of my friends are also married and also game. How is that for socially awkward.
Ps: I haven't met to many socially awkward gamers. If it wasn't for it's media portrayal I wouldn't know it was a stereotype.
Once MAG came out, my COD A days were over, then came BFBC2 now I no longer have a stomach for COD. I'm sure COD will still sell billions much like Mc donalds, but that by no means it's a superior product.
I enjoy my PS3, bought it for MGS4, and have been enjoying it ever since. Just as long as Sony see it's profitable to keep supporting the Playstation brand with great hardware and software, I'm happy. Sony is by no means perfect, but I prefer the way they do things over the competion.
HV had a very valid point. Just as with the movie industry the most profitable movies were not necessarily big budget movies. For example My Big Fat Greek Wedding, and 40 yr Old Virgin comes to mind. I'm sure HV and any other developer would love to see COD sales, but as long as developers keep their budgets within their sale projections, they can be successful long enough, and build a large enough fan base to make that big budget blockbuster game.
I'm I the only one looking forward to this.
No
One that should be noted is the Move give players an unfair advantage with the aim lock features. Sure you can turn off the aim assist, having it on feels like cheating to me. GG should have not allowed it in the multiplayer. In the SP to each his own, but the MP should have a level playing field.
Here come the lawsuits.
PS3 exclusives are always reviewed at a much higher standard than it's competitors. I've never payed attention to movie critics and I can care less about game critics. If I'm on the fence about a game i'll read the user reviews.
I play sitting using slight wrist movements.
Bulletstorm looks like a Wii game, so how is the 360 holding them back.
Move for me.
Sony and developers should pay the Waggler to include his game analysis with every Move game sold. His videos really help to eliminate a lot of the frustration in trying to figure out how the Move works in game.
Very good vid as usual. Although the game doesn't have close to the customizations as MAG, I do fine it works for me with zero dead zone and a 4 sensitivity.
I use it and love it. The controls are smooth and precise but you have to be more than a noob to set them right. If anything I would say DS3 controls are casual because of the ease of use, and simple configurations.
