It really is how long a franchise can stay its welcome. Sure I love Uncharted and Assassins Creed, but I feel that both games should take a break now.
I am extremely excited for the last of us because it is a new IP, but with AC 3 I only look forward for the story, unless the game pulls a 180 and changes a lot for the better.
In some ways AC's yearly release is justified as they want their story to corelate with the 2012 prophecy as that is a key plot poi...

Well I guess it might be cool for hardcore ME3 fans who want everything involved in the universe. But the average player will not shell out 870 for weapons and different skins.
I will probably buy some of the ME3 stuff, because I am a fan of ME...
But EA is destroying the credibility of Bioware.
What should have been really cool stuff for fans has been tainted by that DLC they keep adding.
It makes the whole idea feel cheap ...
Well... Bethesda fully came out and said they launched the game on PS3 knowing it was broken.
But, if they actually told people that they were having trouble making it and would take longer... Im sure people would understand rather than launching a broken game... making their PS3 fans look like idiots for buying it on their preferred console.
Regret buying Skyrim since I popped it in my PS3, should have gotten PC.

No I honestly do not give a rats ass if a game "looks better" on one console.
All I care for is that in quality I get the same experience, and if that experience is equally strong on all consoles.
Thats what I care about... I am getting ME3 on my PS3 and I only look and see if it performs well, because I know it is a good game.

I can not remember exactly were I heard it, but the lead designer of ACR said in an interview that the reason they put out a new creed every year is because of the 2012 story line... as they said it would not make much sense if they released it before or aftr 2012

This game may have some character aspects from Uncharted... but I would say that is a good thing... as it distinguishes from the bald macho man character type.
Hell the look that Drake, Booker de Wit (Bioshock Infinite) and Jason Broode from Farcry is the "every man" look

Hope one day it does.... I unfortunately don't have a rig that can run W2... nor a XBOX.

Hey.... Revelations had an epic main theme... and also I loved the ending because for some reason... it all kind of clicked for me.
It was Ezio and Altairs story... so the villians were weaker.
But 3 is going to end the Desmond Saga.... so pretty much this is kind of like ME3, Halo3, and other trilogies.
This is the moment they have been building towards.... and Im excited to see how they will end it
