Surprisingly not true. They already confirmed Lords of the Fallen 2 comes out in 2026 with the cinematic trailer 3 months ago. They are pumping that game out fast!
Hard disagree. It’s literally the closest thing to a 2d souls like— respawning enemies, loss on death, rpg lite upgrades with charms/weapons, the most challenging bosses than any metroidvania I’ve played.. and I’ve played A LOT
lol This isn’t a leak! The release date came out yesterday (More than 24 hrs ago) for Sep 5th at the Nintendo Direct. Apparently someone didn’t get the memo.
The problem is they are using a really old version UE 5.1 and not the latest 5.6. If they were using 5.4 or later the performance would already be significantly better.
As long as it’s made in Unreal Engine, we can play it VR with the UEVR mod— that’s all I need.

I agree with the article. I also think the world design is better in the first, even though this has the nicer graphics. I liked that the first game just had more peaks and valleys throughout including the sand dunes. It also was better in my opinion for focusing on the stealth/combat against the BTs.
How is Wuchang Fallen Feathers not on this list!? It should be number 1!

True first person is just adding the Unreal Engine VR mod. Runs perfectly!
It’s a free update if you already own the game.
You can also play it in VR flawlessly on PC & controller with the LukeRoss mod so… another reason to jump back in with extra immersion.
