With the current managment and dev. team, i highly doubt it.
Outstanding narrative quality, graphics quality, incredible setpieces and fun gameplay...all of these made Uncharted 2 what it is today
Not up to Sony, especially for Witcher 2.

No one stated that?The first Witcher game was mediocre at best, heck even CDPR admited that numerous times.The Witcher 2 was very good(even better than TW3 in some parts personally) , but it certainty did NOT received the "extremely well" reception like the WItcher 3.

I would call them "A studio that got the most GOTYs in a year" ...a tittle that ND held, and even then i would not claim ND was a top tier developer only because they have achieved that with only one hit game...

When it comes to GOTY? Absolutely disagreed. Review scores are review scores, but GOTY awards is something completely different. I mean how can you take any legitimacy from a site, that hasn't covered ALL of the major releases of the year? Or a site that pushes barel...
Just to be clear...i have only mentioned God Of War, cuz of certain 'someone' hates its guts.
I also love both games, invested hundreds of hours into both...but RDR2 has plenty of flaws in comparison to GOW.

Gameplay... seriously? Even the critics that 'gave out' 10s criticized gameplay of RDR 2.
And there are fair few of people (more than a handful, mind you) that are not blind to the flaws of RDR 2, especially on RDR reddit page.
Or people are starting to look thru those high scores, and see the game (RDR2) for what it is...a terribly flawed masterpiece.
The sad thing is, even R* are using those extra 45 GOTY awards, that came from minor Youtubers, Blogsites and half-dead media-outlets (seriously i could probably make a site right now and declare RDR 2 as GOTY and they would have counted my GOTY choice among those)...
Not to mention Ezio (and now R*) is desperate enough to use sit...

They have pushed an excellent side-quest and world design...but they have certainly NOT innovated anything new.Graphics were excellent for its time, but we already got more graphically better games a year later of its release...
Saying that they are league of their own, is a disrespect to the developers that had more than one HIT game (unlike CdProjektRed) and had be...
At this point i think Atlus is just screwing people around with these questionnaires...

Personally i don't mind if it comes to other platforms, as long as it doesn't compromise the overall game quality. After all Atlus is a third-party developer.

You lost me at "awesome story-line"...
Even passive mode would not help much...the online lacks CONTENT. Things like mini-games, robberies, more weapons, more missions, added Guarma map,free aim mode, better character creation options and overall it needs quality of life improvements and bug-fixing...
