There will come a time when the only differences between consoles and PC-s, are mostly games and game-services they offer, but i highly doubt that time will come next generation, it might come close but PC will still come on top.
Indeed, i have to agree, consoles are improving in a more faster rate with its new iterations and tech innovations, but the power gap is still visibly there between PC-s and consoles,especially when you consider one of the consoles main weaknesses ...
