I disagree with the N64 controller, i loved that controller. It may have been different but i still had no problems with it. Everything else i have to agree....
Actually E3 is an annual international expo and conference of video games and game-related technology. TV shows have nothing to do with video games, if they wanted to show of some TV show then they should have waited until PAX. I don't care how bad people want to defend that crap, TV shows have no place at e3 and the same goes for microsoft.
Yeah that part of the Sony E3 conference ticked me off. I don't give two S**ts about TV at a gaming convention.

Resident Evil 5 is a good game the only thing is that it isn't a good resident evil game. If Resident Evil 5 had a different name i would have no problem with it. RE6 on the other hand i can not fathom who could like that garbage.

Xbox as a brand has always been sub-par. Really wish SEGA was still around making consoles they made some bad financial decisions, but they had the great consoles and WAYY better first party titles. microsoft could never fill that void in any capacity.

Listen while it is selling well in japan the install base for the system doesn't just revolve around that territory. There is other territories such as NA & EU that it needs to sell better and putting indie games on the forefront is not going to make it sell any better. Honestly i don't think sony should have wasted money for this. Streaming games is not even practical, why would somebody rent to stream a game when they can go to redbox, gamefly or a local rental store?
You totally missed the point of the article, it's not about being happy if this game fails. It's about the fact that investing so much money into one game could cause the industry to implode because as games advance game makers will not be able to compete with each other or make games because it's going to be way to expensive to make. Dude most of those engines aren't even freely licensed engines. Raindrop, REDengine, Crystal and frostbite are all in-house proprietary engines. The only ones that are freely licensed are the Unreal Engine and the Cryengine.
