How could you pre-order something that wasn't even announced or even available for pre-order? Especially months before? That makes zero sense.

Hey that's your opinion, but ken kutaragi headed two of my favorite consoles ever in the PS1 & PS2 and if he can bring his expertise over to the PS4 that is a win imho.
There is a major difference between a AAA console title and a AAA portable title. crisis core: final fantasy vii, kingdom hearts birth by sleep, god of war: ghost of sparta, god of war: chains of olympus, gta liberty city stories, gta vice city stories, metal gear solid peace walker, resistance retribution, etc.... the list goes on and on. Those are AAA portable titles and good ones at that. I don't understand why sony has such a weird mindset when it comes to vita.

So let me get this straight. Grim Fandango was originally a PC only title and is now coming to both PC & Consoles in remastered form. Tell me how does this indicate that this is another nail in the coffin for consoles? If anything this is a win because it's finally coming to consoles after all these years. Tim Scahfer said the day that this game was announced that there was still unannounced platform it was going to appear on. This article makes no sense what so ever.

Exclusive are something you can only get on one platform, if something is on multiple platforms then it isn't a real exclusive. Like LittleBigPlanet 3 that is not a "TRUE" exclusive it's coming out on PS3 & PS4, sure it may be a "Brand" exclusive which entitles that it's only available to a certain brand, but it's not really exclusive. Why the hell should there be compensation? If Xbox fans are truly upset about the destiny timed dlc then they should be against timed DLC in general. Microsoft's whole e3 conference was filled with games that'll have timed DLC on xbox first yet they weren't complaining when it benefits them?
At this point i think it would be better if they treated the xbox one as a reboot to the brand and just go along with the "xbox two" name for their future. It would be really ridiculous for them to jump around to something else because you got Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. That in itself is just retarded on Microsoft, just call the next xbox "xbox two" and be done with it. It's simple and direct.
The xbox consoles historically have never been profitable for microsoft, microsoft makes their money back on xbox live subscriptions and software sales.
I'd say both consoles are scarce when comes to true exclusives for the rest of this year. Driveclub & Sunset Overdrive are the only "TRUE" exclusives coming out. Forza Horizon 2 and LittleBigPlanet 3 are both cross gen titles, TLoU remastered and halo: TMCC are just old games from old platforms.
Sony is out of touch in general. Sony are focused on too many things at one time. PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Project Morpheus, PS Now, etc. When sony is focused on one thing they work wonders and the PS1 & PS2 are examples of that, but when their focus is split you get blunders like PS Move, PSP Go and what looks to be future blunder PS Now if sony continues with the same business model.
