Such a PoS CE. Same thing goes for the MGSV CE. I would've preferred something similar to MGS4 where it came with the game and making of Blu-Ray in a special case with an artbook. Instead we get one of those stupid cheap steelbooks (which I hate), a plastic hand and a dump paper map. BIG WHOOP for that one.

Awesome? I don't think so because there has been plenty of games that have been delayed and had high polish and they were disappointments. DriveClub and The Order: 1886 being the two most recent examples.
Dude it doesn't matter whether it's limited or not, consoles do not sell in that territory. The day of consoles there has came and went, they've moved onto handhelds, therefore make the LE consoles for the territories that actually buy consoles. It's ridiculous and shouldn't be used as an excuse.
I only achievement/trophy hunt for games I truly love and I just want to 100% everything the game has to offer (IE: Dark Souls).

Third party publishers don't want to take the risk so a console manufacture steps in. Third party publisher no longer needs to worry about the risk (and most of the time reaps the reward) and console manufacture sells more hardware with a more appealing software line-up.
