This will never happen. Internet providers like Comcast, Uversive, etc. will have to buy out companies like Netflix, Microsoft, Sony before they can block or throttle consumers using their service. There's no way these huge companies would allow internet providers to restrict access to their services, to consumers who already pay a monthly subscription fee for them. Mark my words right now, It Won't Ever Happen!!!
