If people believe the reviews (and why wouldn't they) then they should refuse shipment our send it back unopened. I guess my point is that there is still time not too get suckered into this game. I plan to see if there will be a demo before I commit anytime to it.
Guess we know what the first games for gold on Xbox one should be lol. I knew I didn't pre order this for a reason. It looks fantastic but the too simple, like it should be a beta or tech demo. DR3, AC4, Marvel, Madden, NBA 2k14 and maybe zoo tycoon so the kids have one more they can play. Would have loved if crytek would have gave Xbox One a shooter though.

Decent review, I will say that i dont consider having to say Bing before every search you want as a detriment. I mean there has to be some key word to trigger the kinect to search for the next item you say else wise would it just do searches for every word out of your mouth once you went to the search app.
Agree, fact of the matter is both these consoles i think came out 6 months too early. Both have too many features that are getting the "will" add in later treatment. If you cant have features you announced in your reveal or at E3 ready for Launch day, then you probably should not have mentioned them in the first place. User Reviews can be helpful, but i admit i take them with a grain of salt, compared to the big sites. There have been a few instances where Users go on a crusade against a game they dont like, example = games with on disc DLC, Sim City and there DRM, F2P games which people think content gets removed to sell, Mass Effect 3 and the 5 minute ending somehow ruining 40 hrs of great play. Every gamer has different tastes. I have big hands, not in the mood trying to play complex console games in the my hand. Something like KOTOR 1 and 2 seem perfect for touch screen since you can pause it, but trying to play Battlefield or COD on a hand held for me just isnt appealing.
Getting mine on Thursday, Off Friday and Monday. Outside of NFL, NCIS, NBA, and Family Guy i never watch tv so the wife know to steer clear of me for this launch weekend. DR3, BF4, AC4, NBA2k14, Madden, and of course Lego Marvel in case i need to entertain the kids...
I agree, I want to see my Xbox One actually work and work well before i even begin to care about who is winning a console war.
I am getting an xbox one so I damn sure hope MS, who are constantly touting the power of the cloud has no issue with the online activation. At least sony provides a USB install option

Couldnt disagree more. I think Consoles will be fine in the future, they may just turn into the Ouya, the only future i would worry about is Physical media, and even that still has another 10 years to go, at least. Until someone solves how to make give me the same kind of precise control that a Dualshock 4 and XB1 controller can provide, i have no reason to give up my console.
